What do you like best about the product?
their customer service is top notch!! whenever we have encountered an issue they react extreamly quickly. love the features and how it supports our creative team

It's smaller than some of the big cloud storage companies but they make it worth it in every aspect

Easy to use organization tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that AIr is constantly updating and keeping up with the needs of its customers! It makes for a dynamic experience, but the base always stays the same. The folder system is a great way to share with clients. The capacity is wonderful for graphics and videos. My team uses it every day internally and we share links out with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone knows what Air is, so we do have to explain to clients sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has greatly streamlined our assets and has made it easier to share with the client. No clunky Dropbox requirements or issues. With Air, we have made our jobs easier and in that made our customers happy.
Helpful Business Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Air has been a great help with hosting videos for my basketball skills training business. I'm able to organize it in such a way to increase my work flow as my editors can easily access videos to edit, and move the content around in pipeline folders I've created.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some difficulty with using the app on our phones, and resort to using the web page on our phones instead for uploading/downloading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping to host videos for editing, and transferring between my team.
Affordable and Easy to Use CMS
What do you like best about the product?
Air has all the features needed to store, share, comment, track, etc digital assets but at a fraction of the cost of other cloud DAM options. I also really like how visual Air is and that items aren't tucked away in a folder.
So far, it seems to be very customizable to our business's needs. We can add custom fields that help us track our unique workflows. One of the issues we had been running into is remembering where an image had been used. I created a custom field to help us mark where each image has been used and that's helped tremendously.

What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Canva isn't as good as I'd hoped it would be. It technically integrates but it feels clunky. I also haven't found a way to integrate the video files I've uploaded to Air to be accessible on Canva.
It'd be helpful to get email alerts when a file is uploaded or at least to be able to select to be alerted about files being uploaded to certain boards. Perhaps that feature exists and I just haven't figured that out yet.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were previously storing assets in a variety of places and didn't have just one central location to store and share assets. Plus, finding an asset that we wanted to use would take a signficant amount of time searching. This has helped solve both issues.
Love air! SO easy to use and share
What do you like best about the product?
The tagging features have cut down our time searcing for photos in half... maybe even 75%... it's also an amazing way to share assets with contractors without them needing to sort through millions of folders.

There hasn't been anything I dislike just yet, I'm not in it EVERY day but when I am it's very easy to use.

Saves us so much time storing assets, distributing assets, and keeping our content organized.
Great workflow for our creative needs! Love the visual nature of things
What do you like best about the product?
Great connected support for our team and org. The use has been incredible in this partnership. Very easy to integrate into our review workflows and file shares.
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading and processing previews can take some time w/ larger files and a few files types. Zip downloads can take some time as well where it is sometimes quicker and easier to grab things piece by piece.

we are fully remote, with a lot of partners around the country who need limited access to a lot of assets. Air allows for us to quickly share everything with teams and partners.
A Game-Changer for our Design Team
What do you like best about the product?
I can't begin to describe how much Air Inc. has revolutionized our workflow at Sorenson Communications. One of its standout features is its ability to foster seamless collaboration, keeping everyone on the same page. We're able to comment directly on the uploaded asset and pin point every revision or item in question. This helps clarify things in terms of revisions and keeps everyone up to date. It has become a regular part of our daily work routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, it's challenging to find something negative to say about Air Inc. However, if there's one area for improvement, it would be the mobile experience. While it's functional on mobile devices, enhancing the mobile app's features and responsiveness would be a great addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air has really transformed the way we work by bringing all our assets together in one spot. Now, we can all see the comments and updates on each asset, which keeps us perfectly aligned. It's made communication so much smoother and our teamwork more effective!

I love the versions feature cause it allows me to have different ratio or dimensions of the same image in one assets its like having a menu where to pick from each image.
I've been using for more than 3 years and the way it has evolved is amazing, it keeps getting better by the time and i love the fact they're about to add ai to the platform - I cant wait!

It helps to share assets thorugh the whole company, we use to store full size images or videos that the graphic designers use to create ads.

All around easy to use

Searching/navigation is simple, uploading is a breeze, and sharing with others and easy

I wish it was a little easier to sort by file type (I primarily use photos and some on our team use video)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to sort through our large amount of assets. Our old DAM system was outdated and difficult to navigate, and onboarding to Air really made our lives a lot easier in storing photos and searching for them later.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps my workflow organized and files are easily accessible and downloadable. Perfect for crossfunctional team use. Easy to use and intutive interface. I use Air every day at work to access images and videos to use for social media purposes.

Website crashes here and there, but customer service is pretty responsive.

Airs solves me hounding down different people in cross-functional teams for specific assets I need. Streamlines workflow time and all the endless Slacks. ;)
