Easy-to-use and highly efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Love it! Air ensures our company can effectively deliver high-quality assets to our clients on-time. It's a time-saver and allows great collaboration while also guaranteeing security. It was easy to get started and we use it every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far everything is great! We sometimes run into a problem where assets will duplicate to a different folder but the Air team always gets back to us and fixes the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a Dropbox-like digital asset management site that allowed greater collaboration and long-term storage - Air is that!
Create and Collaborate in 1 place
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it seamlessly integrates with the existing creative software and project management tools that my team already use. We can create, share, store, comment in 1 place. Uploading new versions is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience for notifications for comments/mentions to a user tagged in, is not always intuitive to search for or find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team can easily create, share, organzize creative assets, and provide feedback in 1 place.
Exceptional for pics, videos, and UGC

Easy to learn, use, edit, and search content.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to upload, name, edit, tag, and retrieve our content. One place for PR agencies, social coordinator, contractors, etc. to obtain our content.
Great Assets Management
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality of the platform is a highlight. It's easy to nagivate, organize and share information whether internally or externally. The customer service is top notch as well. All of our concerns have been addressed in a timely matter, which helps alleviate any issues staff using the website might have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The issues we have has been adressed, but looking forward to a recently deleted function to be added. Outside of that, everything works well so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the large amount of assets for our internal problems. It increased our ability to management everything in one platform.
Efficient and organized
What do you like best about the product?
Air has truly helped me get organized and send videos to my clients in the most efficient way. As a freelancer and content creator I've used so many other platforms. The biggest problem was making sure when my clients downloaded videos the quality was still amazing. Air solved that problem for me. I also enjoy that my clients can leave a comment on the exact part of the video that they need edited. Overall Air has saved me so much time and made my work efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't run into any issues. To be honest I don't see any cons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air has helped me with organization issues that I couldn't figure out. Along with keeping the quality of media A1.
Air is much more convenient than competing content organizing platforms.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to organize company content through both tagging and folders. Also, love the feature to transfer photos from Dropbox to Air.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a lot longer to upload raw photo content and videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With all the photos our business has from over the years, it's been nice to find the photos based on the year, tags you've set, or even folder that it was put in. The search box is a lot more accurate than competing content organizers.
AIR is the best software in the market to manage photos, or any asset for that matter.

My favoirite thing about air is that is fairly easy to learn within any department. Its organization capabilities are also incredble.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few things I dislike about air. In the company I work for, we have tried several different services for photo management. Air by far has been the best one yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air helps our team with photo inventory, organization, and external sharing. All in one software.
An intuitive visual media browser with clear product investment & growth
What do you like best about the product?
I can upload, find, organize, and share visual content with ease within Air's intuitive, clean UI. I also like that I can upload all media types including images and video.
In the year that I've been a user of Air, I've seen multiple improvements and feature launches that have made my experience better and my projects more efficient. One example of this is the desktop-side app for Mac, Air Flow, that allows you to view and manage content within Finder without having to make the entire Air library 'local' to your hard drive. I wasn't able to see thumbnail previews within Finder with the previous version of the app, but I am able to now and it's a game changer for me in the way that I use Air. Bravo to the Air team!

What do you dislike about the product?
Another feature I would like to see improvement on is the ability to mass-select content within the browser app in order to tag or re-organize it. For example, I sorted our asset library by resolution in order to tag all high-resolution images as being print-ready. We had several thousand images that met this criteria and I was only able to tag about 100 images at a time due to the speed of the browser application.

Aggregating and organizing assets across different brands and product lines, as well as between multiple stakeholders who both create and use these assets

What do you like best about the product?
I find Air really useful as a videographer. I can store all of my b-roll online and access it anywhere on any device which is super helpful. Great product!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. I can't really think of anything I dislike. It is a great product that consistently works for me and my team.

It is allowing my team and me to access all of our video footage without having to download things or share drives.
