Simple, easy to use DAM with great interface and intuitive controls.
What do you like best about the product?
As the title implies, the user interface and folder structure is intuative which makes for an easy to implement DAM team-wide. Reviewing the different DAM's on the market we choose it for our small Marketing team (5) as we were frustrated with our existing Cloud Setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a Mac user for life, but at work we use Windows, so over time it would be nice to see a Windows desktop app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had issues sharing ready-to-use content within the Marketing team, and things were stored in individual silo'ed folders. With Air we are able to access across a range of different filters, content that is ready to share and of a high quality.
Convenient, easy, and accessible
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to not only share my assets but create a link for others to share theirs, and it's all available in one place. The interface is very intuitive, and having visuals to go with the boards ("folders") makes it visually appealing and convenient to find what you're looking for. Downloads are easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The upload process is unnecessarily redundant, and the pricing structure changed without me knowing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is allowing me to share collateral across many programs with web-based access, rather than internal shared folders. I can also share with outside sources, so it's easy to have all my assets in one place.
Great Visual Organization and Storage
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use, and visual nature of Air. Each time we wrap up a photoshoot we create a new folder and upload each new set, if we need to tag any photos (ex. pre-edit or pending approval) it's very easy. I have used different products similar to Air, but none are as visual which is important when dealing with photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple small technical issues that can be annoying but DO NOT effect the experience heavily. One issue is there can sometimes be a 2-3 second period after opening a specific folder that it briefly displays your last opened folder before it completely refreshes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is our primary storage space for tons and tons of photos. It's also a very visual and easy to organize.
a visual workspace that Ai powered
What do you like best about the product?
What makes Air truly exceptional is that it allowed us to replace our previously disorganized Gdrive filing system—whether it was for photography, graphic designs, creative projects, or anything else—with a unified platform where we can effortlessly access all our assets and deliverables. From Brand Guidelines to photography scopes, product and lifestyle imagery, graphic designs, packaging renders, and even video footage—Air accommodates it all. We find it incredibly convenient for sharing with both internal and external collaborators, enabling anyone to contribute content seamlessly. Air has significantly enhanced the efficiency of our creative production process, and I rely on it every single day. Its user-friendly interface makes navigation a breeze, and the ability to organize files into sub-boards has proven to be highly effective in our workflow. Our experience with Air has been immensely successful so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
One challenge we've encountered is streamlining the process of getting contributors to share files within the system, whether it's internal files or uploads. While creating an Air account generally resolves most issues, there are instances when we only need a single deliverable from someone, and they may encounter difficulties when uploading, even with the contributor link. Additionally, we find it less convenient to copy or duplicate files for use in multiple folders compared to other platforms like Gdrive. Renaming an asset post-upload is also not as straightforward. Despite these minor drawbacks, it's essential to note that the benefits of using Air far outweigh these limitations!

In house video production and content team, we have loved the benefits of using Air!
What do you like best about the product?
Review tools, tagging, and asset management all make it a breeze to look up images and share assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some video review tools could be better but overall still happy with it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use for asset management, asset review and feedback, organization and quickness to find assets.
A solid DAM that differentiates itself from the rest
What do you like best about the product?
As someone that heavily stores video files to deliver to clients, I really love the interface and playback on their site. I've utilized box, google and dropbox and prefer how quickly playback starts and the quality. I also like how I can hover over a clip and get a better sense of what it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
The paid platform is a bit on the expensive side. I'm currently using the free version with an upgraded amount of storage space and that works great for my need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A great platform to share files, see when people download the files and support quick/robust playback of video.
A Breath of Fresh Air
What do you like best about the product?
We used to use Google Drive to store photo, video, and pdf content. The issue was that the content couldn't live in multiple spots without taking up additional drive space. It was also hard to search for specific pieces because they weren't always organized in the way that people who needed to access it would seach for it.
I got an ad for Air thanks to the instagram algorithm and set up a demo. The team was extremely helpful in explaining how the platform works and it was a no brainer to sign on. It's incredibly easy for other departments on our team to search for pictures using a key word or through their tagging system.
It was simple to integrate our existing photos and get them organized. It's a tool our team uses every day .

What do you dislike about the product?
The least favorite thing is the cost per seat on the platform. It feels pricey and I wished it charged per admin in cases where there are team members who need to access the content but won't be as frequent of users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of content
Ease of accessing it (search functions and tagging)
Digital Asset collection (dropbox-like feature to share a link and have your content teams upload)

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to organize content into folders and how quick items are to upload.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Air doesn't have an A.I. feature - would be helpful to organize content based off keywords in vidoes etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
kepping content organized!!
Great for internal and external organization + sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Air makes is simple to organize and share our creative collateral internally and externally. We can organize creative by its use case, per campaign, etc. It's a huge time saver for our team.
Our marketing, sales and customer success team uses Air pretty much daily.

What do you dislike about the product?
I had some issues installing the desktop app for Mac, but otherwise, I haven't had any issues. I'm a fan!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air solves the major issue of "where is XXXXX?" In the past, we've encountered version control and "losing" creative assets, but with Air, we know where everything is and we know that we're using the approved version of each asset.
How is this even free?!
What do you like best about the product?
Super simple, intuitive interface with all the features and functionality you'd expect at a lower price point you're going to find anywhere (believe me, I've looked). Best digital asset management solution I've found to date, and a perfect fit for our small firm.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much! I wish the system didn't automatically add colors to custom fields, or added them in a more logical and predicatable pattern (e.g., always defaulted to gray) - but take that with a grain of salt. I haven't dug deeply enough in the help docs to know if this is user error or adjustable in the settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our digital assets organized and easily searchable.
