Amazing Software/System
What do you like best about the product?
This is the first time I have used air and it has been the most user friendly platform to use. Iit is so easy to get around and makes my life a lot easier when searching for content to upload. We use it to upload all our company imagery and it is so easy to sift through everything by just searching the name of the products and or any other details you may want to include. I use the platform every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't currently have any dislikes to Air
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is making it easier for our company to store all of its imagery and compress them into certain folders. It also makes it super easy to sift through all imagery through the search button.

It doesn't have a PIM feature. otherwise no issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the file sharing capabilities. I am able to send secure files to my clients. It was easy to add and organize our library.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the sidebar to be more concise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air helps me arrange my files for ease of use.

We handle a lot of raw footage at our agency, so Air is perfect for keeping everything organised!

It's easy. Simple as that. There aren't a ton of issues with permissions like some other applications.

nothing. The interface is great. They are consistenly updating and stay in communication with their customers.

We used to have problems sharing files as a remote team. Now that's not an issue

It's like dropbox or google drive, but it works better and feels more intuitive as a media / creative person

What do you like best about the product?
Easyt, intuitive, affordable and so much better priced than competitors such as BrandFolder.

Missing feature to share saved filters or incorprotae saved filters to boards.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Air daily! Air streamlines the process of feedback, file management and project delivery in one application. It keeps everything neatly organized, making it easy to find what I need. The ability to mark edits directly on the video has simplified the feedback process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some settings I wish could be preset rather than turn of each time. For instance, you have to manually turn on the comments option for clients for each deliverable.

What do you like best about the product?
Air has really improved the efficiency of my start up - I worked as a creative manager and it was previously a nightmare trying to manage all of my assets and photos from shoots in Google Drive or Dropbox as it was so messy and would always take forever to load or even share. Air has allowed me to not only organize my stuff easily, the additional tools like tagging and versions have really revolutionized how my team and I work together. Could not say more lovely things about this platform

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any! Maybe the colors could be cuter just cause I don't love teal lol but honestly nothing comes to mind.

Organisational issues - theyre making it so much easier and saving so much time for me.
Makes Finding Media Easier Than Ever
What do you like best about the product?
Air makes finding, scrubbing through, and organizing media easier than ever. My favorite feature is the hover-playback feature that allows you to preview files without having to manually open each one. As a creative, this saves me so much time vs using a platform like Drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to convince some brands to switch their asset library to Air as they may be used to a different platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air solves our one of our biggest issues - asset management. Air makes it very easy to find assets quickly.
