Stop looking at other DAMs and sign up for Air
What do you like best about the product?
Every other DAM on the market feels like it was made in 1999 and is packed will bloated features and they cost as much as a car. Air feels like using Google Photos in comparison. It's user friendly, it's fast, it isn't bloated, it's affordable, and it's flexible. Plus, the team is exceptionally responsive to feedback and always there if you need support. They held our hands throughout implementation, making the transition easier than the competitors would've. In short, stop looking, just sign up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have very few minor gripes. It bugs me that it opens to whatever view/screen I was in the last time I was using it, because whatever I was doing then is usually no longer relevant. I wish there were a few more bulk editing features, or that the importing and file organization process was easier, but that's not a problem with Air, that's a problem with having tens of thousands of assets in hundreds of folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have tens of thousands of image and video assets from different sources, all with different intended uses, and Air makes it easy to organize and find the files you need at any given moment.
Awesome team creative management and review software
What do you like best about the product?
We love how easy it is to view, find and approve content in air. IT truely is a breath of fresh air. We have been using pageproof for 2 years and just changed to air in the last 3 months. It is so easy to setup and we love the easy way you can setup a review flow using a Kanban view. This makes it super easy for our clients to approve things by just dragging them to the approved board!
We use it everyday in the business and all of the staff have found it easy and intuitive to use. It was so easy to setup and integrate into our workflows.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to add people to a view rather than invite them. Other than that I have not found anything to dislike yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our image storage and search software. Great for organising images for multipole clients and being able to find assets fast.
Air is a genuinely useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Air for presenting AND storage. I can jump in throw up graphics during meetings without opening a ton of programs or searching through documents. It makes organization for content marketers a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
It has it's bugs now and again but looks like they're always updating things!

Storing graphics in an accessible and visual way.
Neat, Tidy, Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
Air has helped me organize client work in a really clever way. I work in Air just about every day so being able to organize to my standards is key. The folder & board structure is really helpful, as well as the option to save filters for future searches/project.s
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes get overwhelmed in the "All Assets" section because it's a jumble of everything, but I really think that's a "Me" issue and not an Air issue

Air helps me stay organized when it comes to client assets. Different types of photos and pieces of creative all have their own spot in our network of Air folders and boards.

Love the organization of Boards and Sub-Boards to keep everything clean!

Nothing! Air is great overall. Looking forward to an improved mobile version.

Keeping all of our content organized
Easy to use, everyone loves it.
What do you like best about the product?
Air makes it so easy to organinze your photos. We transitioned from Cumulus which wasn't very user friendly - feedback our department received from other departments. Now, we have a full library that we can organzine by boards and sub boards. It's turned our photo catalog into a very easy tool for our entire campus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen anything about AIR - to date - that I haven't liked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AIR allows us to easily organize thousands of photos by main catagories. Then we can further identify catagories by having subboards under each catagory. The upload process is seamless and quick which saves us a lot of time. I love the collection board feature. This allows us to share specific boards with the individuals that need to see it, by sending a link to the board. The whole system is easy to use.
I love that we can send external links to our student photographers as well as professional photographers and they can upload their final photos into AIR...again a time saver for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the overall platform works very well and you get to know how to use it very quickly. There's a lot of features that can help you and your team to manage their assets. Being able to upload almost any kind of file and see a quick thumbnail and preview is very useful. Compared to dropbox the file preview is lighting fast !

What do you dislike about the product?
I'll like to have a drag n drop feature to find similiar images between all the files we have. Sometimes it is useful to see all the options I have as a photo retoucher to grab different parts of a lot of images to create what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of our team members can easily find the assets they need with a very quick and accurate search. The platform helps to keep everything organized !
Great tool for storing photography
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to navigate and search for certain photography. The search bar is very helpful and intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some tech issues with being able to download photos from certain boards and links generated that guide back to the platform.

Where to store hundreds of photos and pull imagery you need at random times.

What do you like best about the product?
Air has changed the game in how my company and I organzie our assets. I love the overall orgnaization of boards, the tagging convention, and the thoughtful search engine. The customer support team is also very responsive whenever questions or confusion arises!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Air is how easily images can get deleted. When you think you're removing something from a board, it can get removed from the entire platform.

Air has solved having assets live in several places. With Air everything can be kept in 1 place!
