Air helps us organize and share all our assets with a wide variety of partners and vendors.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize all our assets and easily share them from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took some time to learn their terms for things in the UI.

We work with a variety of partners that need access to our assets. Air helped us get organized and make it easy to share access.
Great for Organizing and Preserving Assets for Non Profits
What do you like best about the product?
I am new in role and stepped into a mess of digital assets I was tasked to organize. The company decided to purchase Air as a way to organize and preserve assets for the future. It's been easy to use and easy to share assets with all stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Links that are embedded in documents no longer work when the document is uploaded to Air.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we pursue grants related to archiving and preservation, Air provides a system to illustrate that we have begun that process.

What do you like best about the product?
Air makes it easy to use cross functionally as a founder. I send my staff there and they are able to easily see all the assets we have to use in whatever way they need - its easy to navigate and download etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be easier to download and send links, vs creating a link and sending it off - downloading should be "default"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Google Drive and Dropbox both are very difficult to navigate and use. Air makes it easy to be organized - and the pictures are big so you dont need to click into folders to save time. That adds up A LOT especially in an industry like apparel where all that matters is the image.
AIR IS AN AMAZING TOOL I USE DAILY
What do you like best about the product?
Air's interface is the smoothest most simple thing. It flows and enables me to get my work done efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about Air. I had previously disliked having to do a few extra clicks to share links but they have solved this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transfering large files smoothly to clients.
AIR has made it 10x easier managing our assets!!
What do you like best about the product?
I truly love how versatile the platform is. We can easily add content to mutiple boards so there's no need for duplicates. Also love how we can add usage rights, tags, comments, and multiple versions to each piece of content. Plus I could easily integrate files/folders from my GDrive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't like that comments are board based. So when adding contnet to multiple boards, the comments don't move as well. Luckily you can add this info to the description, but still would love comments to be accessed on all boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team can easily find assets I have created without my help of findng each individual file. The tags make it easy to filter their searches as well as usage rights. We have lots of content created by recipe developers that is not allowed for ads, and I can easily let my team know based off their usage rights.
We use air on a daily basis!
What do you like best about the product?
Air works great for our team. It allows us to keep our libraries nice and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI search feature could be better, but nothing to lose sleep over.

Air helps us provide an internal stock library for all of our teams that is easily managable and user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful things about Air is the ability to organize our company assests based on use and purpose. We have boards for all different media types and it helps everyone organize their assests from anywhere.
We use Air every single day and their team has been very helpful with any customized experience requests we have for our team to use the platform more efficently.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to see the preview thumbnail for RAW photos. We store a large amount of our original photos in air and not being able to preview the image is a bit of a bummer. I hope Air launches that feature in an update soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is helping us solve an big issue i our company and that is organized access to cloud store. We now have a place that everyone can go to see everything instead of sharing individual files or Lightroom libraries all the time.

I like how the set up allows for an easy search when I am looking for assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont know if there is a way to do this but to be able to sort out albums in a more efficient way? We use dates but maybe being abke to add them and be sorted out by date added?

Having a place to put all our assets in one easy to use platform.
Great Tool for Work Harmony and Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I genuinely enjoy how easy it is to stay organized and be on top of work stuff using Air. The interface is really user-friendly and it makes it super easy to keep all of our files and documents in one place. This is my first time using Air and I could not recommend it more!
Not only it is very organized, it makes teamwork a breeze. I collaborate with so many stakeholders in our company and Air has streamlined this process for us.
All in all, I've been really enjoying Air; thumbs up from me!

What do you dislike about the product?
For new users, the various features and options can be a bit overwhelming. However, it only takes some time for users to get use to it and really see its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with centralizing all the digital assets that my company uses and makes organization and storing so much more straight forward. The collaboration feature of it also streamlines our communication process and cuts down the time needed to scram for certain files and documents.
