Very clean, easy to navigate, great way to stay organized.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate the website, if you are new, you can easily find clear answers on how to do this or that. Their customer support is great and responsive. This is a great website for organizing files and photos, it works great for the needs of our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am newer to Air so I haven't found any dislikes yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing photos of projects we have done in the last few years that we would like to use for our website, social media, etc. It makes it so much easier for us to find exactly what photo we are looking for in a quick amount of time.
Easy to use & practical, highly recommended for design studios!
What do you like best about the product?
Air's interface is not only clean and visually appealing, but very easy to understand and implement on turnarounds with clients and teammates. I use this daily as a designer to share files and receive feedback from clients smoothly, which has always been a complicated process. The adaptation process lasted 2 days for my team, which made it very easy to implement, now they use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its unstable and files don't sync correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of versions, edits and comments from clients. Also Air helps my team understand the stage of a certain digital asset.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been recently invited to start using Air by the company I'm working with. I'm in the art production business.
Exchanging pictures with the team has been a blast, super easy and comfortable to use. Easy to implement in a daily basis production workflow. I'm using it every day and I will be using Air in the future!

What do you like best about the product?
I've been searching for an alternative to Dropbox that I can share with my colleagues and clients for a while now. All of the options are so clunky. I've been testing Air.inc out for a few weeks now and so far... I love it.
Pros:
Files only need to exist once, but you can save them in multiple boards
I love the versioning
Duplicates are auto-detected
Easy to share with outside parties
Filtering and searching are really fast
Easy to download an inage in a different format and size
Missing features (IMHO):
- ability to upload an SVG (like a logo) and download in an image format, as add preset color options to the SVG
- smart folders
Pros:

Honestly, the usability is top notch. The only con is that the pricing is quite high. We're a small team in a startup and based on the volume of files we need to store and organize, the pricing model is a bit prohibitive.

Great overall experience and easy to share assets.
What do you like best about the product?
I think it is robust but also has the ability to be simplistic to be a cross functional tool for an organization. It works for a spectrum of industries and experience levels and is easy to adopt. The customer support team has always been super easy to work with, quick to answer and always working to understand the needs of clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features in other DAM applications and systems that do run a little more seamlessly and some features that are not available at this time but I do know they are continually working to develop and stay competetive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps my assets together - allows me to create groups and links while being very visual for my ream and myself to quickly view and assess the files.

Organization and Accessibility: Air offers a streamlined way to organize and access media assets. This is especially beneficial for content teams that need to manage a large volume of media files. The platform's visual workspace and smart search capabilities make finding and organizing content easier, reducing the time spent on searching for specific assets.
Air is a great medium between designers and clients
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy to use, collaborative space that acts as a "catch-all" bin for clients and designers to add and organize assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seem to be some asynchronicity issues, where myself and team members would upload assets in the cloud, but the other users wouldn't see them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It acts as a central hub for all assets that different team members and clients can refer to when producing design deliverables. Previously we had to use a few different services, and clients had different services, and it became difficult to manage.
Best way to keep creative organized and clean
What do you like best about the product?
Having all of my clients viewable in the side bar, and being able to customize their photos, makes it so easy to navigate through them all on busy days. Air is easy to understand and there is literally no training curve for new employees making it extremely easy to implement as the standard. The search bar is wonderful and quick, way better than the many other workspaces I've used. Loading time barely exists, unlike other workspaces. It's simple to integrate with new clients. Honestly just the best option overall!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of other than I wish more of my clients used it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization problem. Having all folders viewable in a drop down makes things quick. I'm constantly switching between clients and asset folders during the day and Air makes it almost comically easy.
Amazing Support & Affordable Features
What do you like best about the product?
The entire onboarding process has been simple and seamless with our current workflow, while allowing us to create more efficient processes throughout the company. The support team is always pleasant and knowledgeable, and they respond to all inquiries promptly! This is by far the most affordable, yet comprehensive DAM we have discovered, and the fact that it is highly scalable over time to grow with our company is a huge plus for us!

The AI tagging feature takes quite a bit of training to really utilize the complete functionality of machine learning.

Organizing, labeling, and tagging assets for easy sharing and finding for various projects.
