Infinitely more user friendly than legacy CMS tools
What do you like best about the product?
Great UI, user-friendly, easy for any stakeholder at the company to access and navigate, great customer support, integration was easy thanks to their team's assistance
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the AI features worked better, I don't find the auto-tagging very helpful.

Easy way to build a library of content for anyone at the company to access.

Really easy to use and a very intuitive user face which makes it great for using across a large organization and sharing with external parties.

Often glitches and is down! But won't necessarily say that it's down

Excellent DAM for Creative Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize libraries helps us to control access of creative content. We love the content collection form as it's a huge plus without depending on tools such as wetransfer, drive, and dropbox. I love the smart ai tagging and the search feature in Air because I can find things quicker than ever!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the asset preview doesn't show up and I have to refresh a couple of times to see it. I would like to see more native preview support for many more design specific files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing our digital assets. It's giving us a library of assets where we can reference to rather than relying on physical servers or cloud systems that are not tailored for creative needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Air makes it infinitely easier to find creative assets and not bother team members for links. The search functionality is insanely reliable and since using Air, I haven't bothered anyone on the design team for asset links.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike right now about Air.

Air makes it easier to find brand files — logos, photography, PDFs — without bother team members for links.

For video, it would be great to be able to scrub frame by frame, similar to Frame.io

Air provides a central hub for media assets to keep our agency organized for client-facing final deliverables, as well as client brand inputs leading into the work we perform.

User experience could use some work to catch up to other asset management systems, i.e. trash, undo, preview thumbnails when sending links over SLACK

Exactly what we needed from a DAM
What do you like best about the product?
AIR has allowed our growing team to become more organized and efficient within a simple and easy to use platform that does not require alot to get setup and running properly. Also great customer service with a dedicated rep.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating boards and subboards can become confusing and we end up defaulting to using the browser back button to get back to where we needed too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency in sharing assets across a distributed team as well as efficiently creating a storage / asset solution for our clients to leverage.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to manage organization of assets. I love being able to duplicate items into other folders and boards.

Very time consuming to tag images, when searching, too many options come up.
