Clean and Organized Dropbox Vibes
What do you like best about the product?
Love how clean the interface is and that I can access my coworkers' spaces. I also love I can just share a link and I'm notified if people are actually viewing and downloading the assets I've created.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX/UI isn't the most intuitive. Also, the difference between boards, workspaces and folders can be very confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shareable links and album tracking/storage!
Great system - amazing CS!
What do you like best about the product?
Air has a great customer success team - they do a ton to make sure we can work toward solutions at our level of use - a really great product to evolve with. Really easy to use with our team and the slack integration is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
some playback on videos is inconsistent with alpha channels - the loading and processing times can take a while at times without knowing a way to troubleshoot

We are remote - and this allows for file sharing externally with partners and employees

How easy it is to keep everything organized, through folders, and finding things using tags.

There is not much, I don't think I have any complaints.

Fantastic product for internal and external teams
What do you like best about the product?
Air has been so incredibly easy for photo sharing and asset management! It's incredibly easy to pull together boards for specific campaigns, external teams and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really hasn't been anything that I've come across as a negative. Would highly recommend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to surface exisiting assets in a variety of groupings so we can keep thousands of images and videos in an organized fashion. Also allows us to create specific boards/folders that we want to share with external teams with specific needs so we don't have to worry about them having access to images/assets that we don't want them to see.
Great for organizing for digital assets
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to thoroghly oraganize with boards, sub-boards, tags, and custom fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a while it was logging me out around every 15 mins or so and I had to re sign in - would pause uploads when doing so.

Gives a central place for people to access digital assets. Is able to host large files / RAW files.

Storing all creative and brand assets, managing permissions and usage rights of assets, easy sharing of assets
Great Tool but it can be improved
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly; I find myself using it every day, and I quickly became familiar with its features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to open different tabs with the images you select and when you go to preview an image and then return to the search, it takes you back to the beginning of the page and doesn't resume your search where you left off

The ability to have all my files organized effectively regardless of their size.
Air for large company asset management
What do you like best about the product?
Air is so easy to use! Its been a lifesaver for storing files across multiple designers on a large team.

User interface is sometimes glitchy and difficult to understand at first.

Air helps with managing all digital assets for my company and makes it easy to access files across the board.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to assets and organized files. Stacking feature is nice.

Modern Creative Asset Management
What do you like best about the product?
Centering the asset as the source of truth was the aspect that initially drew me to Air. This, combined with the ability to add an asset to multiple boards, makes updating asset versions simple—any board with that asset will automatically be updated to prevent outdated versions from continuing to be pulled. There is lots of flexibility around creating and organization and tagging system that works for your team's needs, and they are always making updates and improving the system as well.
A small detail that I enjoy is the "expand nested items" button, which allows users to organize things with boards (this feels familiar to them when coming from folder-based systems) while still enabling other users to see everything at once instead of jumping in and out of different folders.

What do you dislike about the product?
Like many content systems, the search effectiveness highly depends on how well content creators have organized, tagged, or named assets. Technically migrating the content was simple, but getting the teams all utilizing it in a systematic way is a change management process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air helps organize assets and make them accessible across teams. This promotes discoverability and utilization of existing assets instead of always defaulting to creating new, which saves time and increases the value of the time investment in creating the original assets.
