Great content management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Organization and labeling of content, greta value for money
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulties downloading multiple files at once as they get zipped into their own folders within the zip folder. Quite annoying

Managing digital assets for around 4 years now, the features of Air absolutely amaze me. Air is definitely better than other platforms I have used so far in terms of the level of cost controls although there are still areas for improvement. The customer support is outstanding hence resolving any problems does not take long when one contacts them. I am grateful for the assistance you have extended to me Air.
What do you dislike about the product?
None yet so far. I've been liking everything as it's so easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are several ways to check on the new assets uploaded and Air gave an effecient solution for that. Thanks heaps!

A place to collect and store UGC
Fast, friendly, and precise.
What do you like best about the product?
The service is extremely intuitive and sharing files is a snap! I was unfamiliar with the service at first, but quickly realized why so many people had recommended it to me.

Adding multiple users is a little pricy.

Air allows us to easily organize and distribute content to hundreds of customers instantly, saving our company time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
The visual aspect with air is nice for organization. Being able to version files for stakeholders as well as have boards included in multiple places without copy/pasting is a big selling point.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an early user, I didn't feel air addressed some of our big issues and we just had to wait for new versions to come out. The app is defintely better now, but there were a few months where we just had to work with a broken app.
The search function is difficult to use. It can search image contents, but is not as good for finding file titles.

Easy to use, helpful for organization and multiple projects

user friendly, ability to search for images easily and share links.

Not able to drag folders from board to board, having to download and re-load. Downlaoding multiple files takes a long time, within multiple zips.

Accessibility of assets for internal and external teams, helps distribution and organization not using an internal server.
A great simple solution for our data storage and distribution needs without being overly complex.

It's simplistic approach, UI, and speed of upload/download of assets.

Would like to see a strong desktop application / mobile app for added accessiblity.
