Air Is A Great Tool for My Team
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and the organization features are just what my team needs to keep track of all our content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to share links with external partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our digital assets organized which helps us stay extremely organized.

Can be a bit laggy sometimes and I have trouble having things load when searching a specific item/prodct

Finally after years and years of having to root through folders.
Not being able to find anything.
My studio can find things quickly and easily.
We can collaborate with outside agencies. Anyone working remotely has the latest versions.
The thing is a joy and it's made everything better.

What do you dislike about the product?
I love everything about air, there's nothing I'd change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of files - videos, design files, pdf's and a tonne of photos.
We need them to be searchable, finable and organized.

Some pros, but a lot of cons
What do you like best about the product?
The labeling system, AI search, ability to add things to multiple boards easily, great customer service
What do you dislike about the product?
We've experienced a lot of problems with Air flow and some of our boards being randomly deleted. We've had to ask theit team to reinstate these boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all our client assets
AIR allows me to breathe and see all my media.
What do you like best about the product?
AIR is easy to use, and easy to master. It is searchable and the tag system is easy to manipulate for any situation. Sharing content with AIR is also a breeze. I reccomend AIR.

I wish AIR would write to the metadata in the file, that way my tags (created in AIR) would stay embedded in the file when I share them with others,

That's why we've integrated AIR into our operations, revolutionizing how we handle photos and videos and significantly enhancing our project management capabilities. Beyond its use in project management, AIR plays a crucial role in our marketing efforts. The powerful search tool has drastically improved our ability to create marketing deliverables, enabling us to produce high-quality content at a much faster pace.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to explore more with our ability in using the facial recognition aspect of AIR. it is the only thing we are missing when using the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AIR DAM’s cloud-based platform ensures that everyone involved in a project has access to the latest visual data, no matter where they are. This has significantly improved our internal and external communication, making it easier to keep clients informed and involved every step of the way. The software also supports easy tagging and categorization, making it simple to find and share specific assets with stakeholders. Before we housed everything on a server that was not fully accesible or searchable due to the total amount of storage.
The Best Asset Organization
What do you like best about the product?
At my current company, we love Air. We have tried many other platforms but the ease of use of Air is unmatched. We run both our D2C and wholesale asset organization through Air.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we could select an entire folder to add to another board in Air.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our asset management was a mess. There were no folders, no organization. Now, we have it all in one spot and there's no more guesswork.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to upload my media directly from my device whether I'm on my laptop or phone. It is easy to organize, search for, and find my assets. I like that I can upload videos, and copy the link to the board (folder), or the video itself, and send it to someone - I use that feature all the time. I have a small marketing agency, and I like that I can send a client a link to upload their photos and videos to. I like that when you're looking at a board (folder for photos and videos), it shows the video playing in the thumbnail without having to open the file. This system has made may digital asset organization and distribution so much easier! Customer support has also been great. As a marketing agency and content creator, I feel like using a system like this with clients and other freelancers is more professional than Google Drive or Dropbox. I used the free version for about year until it ran out of space and I had to upgrade. It was $1000 per year at the time, which was a lot for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very expensive and I hesitated for a very long time to purchase it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily organize, search for, and see all my videos in place. The videos play while in thumbnail and you don't have to open the file to see the video play. I an provide links to specific assets or boards for other people to download. It works much better than Google Drive or Dropbox for these purposes.
