    Market Research

A DAM that meets our niche needs!

  • August 22, 2024

What do you like best about the product?
- API integration
- Text recognition
- AI tagging
What do you dislike about the product?
- Can't search by specific elements (looking for a word in text vs looking for a word in the asset name)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air allows us to consolidate all of our existing ads, making it easier to search for them rather than digging through multiple folders within other folders. Using Air, we will be able to repurpose our top performing assets (by leveraging their API integration with our proprietary app) with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
The tagging system is what makes Air a top tier software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesnt have an AI based search. The ability to search for images using words contained within images would make Air even better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Air to manage all of our raw files for video editing. The tagging function allows us to tag the project code, product, creator etc, which is makes our editors lives a lot easier. It also allows our editors to make their own mashups of content, without being prompted to do so

Best visual organization for my video assets

  • August 22, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the visual boards of my assets, and particularly when you hover over a video, how it gives you a preview of what it is so you know if you want to open it. That's a huge time saver! I love how easy it is to share boards with clients, allowing them to view their assets easily and download. This has been the most user friendly platform I've come across for creatives who have a lot of photography and videography they want to organize.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to upload directly from my phone. I have found I need to do the uploading from my desktop, which makes being on-the-go more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Air, sharing my content I captured for clients was clunky for them and for me. It wasn't easy to visualize what I was sending or communicate what they were receiving. Air's layout is so visually friendly and user friendly. I've never had a single client complain about finding and using their content I give them.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is so much better than software like Frame. This is the easiest way to organize our assets for our company and clients. We used to use Notion, Dropbox, Google Drive, Air, Slack. It was a mess. But Air is the best place to go!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it is awesome. Air is the best software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File storage and organization

Air keeps my scatterbrain organized!

  • August 21, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Top two favorite features: being able to leave comments directly on creatives and the ability to "stack" versions on top of each other instead of having to make V1, V2, V3, V4 folders or deleting / uploading several versions of a file.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the cool features aren't necessarily intuitive. You have to work to discover them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Google Drive organization sucks. Air helps not only visually convey the assets better, but it also helps the version management a lot easier. Makes my job as Brand Director less stressful, as we know which versions of assets are up to date immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to organise all my assets and to find and locate assets from other teams. We use it everyday and it has made our lives all so much neater and easier. I also appreciate how quick and efficient customer support is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the interface does look a little too clean and polished - would love if we can inject warmth and personality. I also wish the interface was a bit more intuitive and modern vs just the traditional drop down list menu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Losing assets and not being able to locate them. With Air, I am able to find the asset I need in seconds - whether it's through the searchbar or the dropdown menu.

Air makes it easy to have a database of files

  • August 21, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like having all my team members on Air so we can access the same files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes not all team members can automatically see new uploads and must be manually shared.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air solves the problem of having disorganized files that not everyone on the team can access.

Finally - a way to Organize, Review Marketing Assets that Co-workers Embrace

  • August 21, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We are all visual creatures. Air is the first system I have used in my 35 years as a creative that ALL marketing departments actually review and pull assets from because they can easily search, see and download the assets they need. AFAIK, sharing boards for review is free as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more affordable for extra seats where those outside our organization can download full size assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visual reference / search for needed assets among different marketing groups and creatives.

What do you like best about the product?
Air is exactly what I’ve been looking for in a creative storage app! The interface is super user-friendly, and it just makes organizing my projects so much easier. I love how effortlessly it syncs with the other tools I use, and the search function is a lifesaver—no more digging through endless folders. Sharing and collaborating with my team is a breeze, too. Overall, Air has streamlined my workflow and made managing creative assets stress-free. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be expensive and it can be confusing adding users to share projects with..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air solves the hassle of managing scattered creative assets and clunky collaboration. Before, I’d waste time digging through folders to find files or keep track of versions. Now, with everything organized in one place and easy to find, I save so much time. Plus, collaborating with my team is a breeze—we can share, give feedback, and stay in sync without the usual headaches. Air just makes the whole creative process smoother and more focused.
