Great use for internal sharing
What do you like best about the product?
We use this for internal sharing of media assets and it works very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unsure of how to only share certain folders or portions of folders with external clients.

What do you like best about the product?
As a destination wedding and romance travel company, we work with tons of high-quality visual assets. What we love most about Air is its beautiful, intuitive interface—perfectly suited for creative teams like ours.
The tagging, version control, and shareable collections make it easy to collaborate with interns, clients, and vendors while keeping everything polished and on-brand. It’s not just about storage; it’s about streamlining workflows and elevating how we deliver content.
Upside? Our content now feels as elevated as the experiences we create for our couples.

What do you dislike about the product?
While our overall experience with Air has been extremely positive, there are a few areas where the platform could improve. We’d love to see deeper integrations with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Airtable, which would help bridge the gap between asset storage and task coordination. Occasionally, load times can lag when working with larger file libraries, and we’ve found the mobile experience a bit limited compared to desktop. These aren’t deal-breakers, but enhancing cross-platform functionality and workflow integrations would make Air even more powerful for fast-paced creative teams like ours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air has solved one of our biggest challenges: organizing and accessing a high volume of visual content across multiple teams, clients, and events. As a destination wedding and travel planning company, we manage thousands of assets from styled shoots and venue galleries to client files and social media content. Air helps us centralize everything in one beautifully organized space.
It has eliminated endless Dropbox links, confusing folder hierarchies, and slow approval processes. Now we can quickly share curated collections with clients, onboard interns seamlessly, and give vendors direct access to content, all while staying visually consistent and on-brand. It is saving us time, reducing miscommunication, and elevating how we present our work.

Easy to use. Multipurpose. Accessible.
What do you like best about the product?
Slick interface, makes wrangling your digital chaos a breeze. Visual boards are intuitive. Collaboration is smooth. However, advanced features feel a bit light. Good for creative teams, but might lack oomph for heavy-duty DAM needs. Worth a spin!
What do you dislike about the product?
Reverse image search would be nice! Sometimes, I have images downloaded from Air but want to look the original file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset storage, no need to have all the assets on my device's storage.
Fantastic software! It’s a must!!

It makes Google Drive look bad. Beautiful presentation. Everything is streamlined fantastic customer service.

In the free version, I can’t set passwords when sending private links to be reviewed

It’s allowing for all of my assets to be held in one location safely
Big Fan for almost 2 years
What do you like best about the product?
The categorization is so nice. The staff is always super responsive when you need help with something, and they have a helpful chatbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to tag our photos and videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a much better version of dropbox and it much better categorized.
Air is an Up and Coming Force to be reckoned with
What do you like best about the product?
I love the organization capabilities of air! I love that we have a space f or each of our brands. The search function is very helpful too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Downloading/exporting files in different formats. Sharing links to individual selections of folders vs the whole folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air helps us organize all of the assets for our brand and individual marketing campaigns.
Air is great!
What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy to use and user friendly! My company sends multiple images daily and its nice to have a hub to store all of these images that we use daily. Customer support is easy and its easy to integrate users and share links.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would recognize duplicates and provide a way to delete those without taking it out of the entire site.

Solving one place to store all of our images and content.
Air is incredible!
What do you like best about the product?
The Tagging, Organization & Search capabilities make it so amazing to store all of our assets. We are able to quickly find any photo we may need for a project in thousands of assets by searching thanks to Air. Air also makes it easy to collaborate with team members and share assets easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I could say is maybe if the uploads processed a bit fast, but that nitpicking honestly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air solves the problem of having to sort through hundreds of files to find the one you need. We are able to quickly search and source images in a fraction of the time thanks to the tags and organization Air offers.
The best media organizational tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I've found air to be extremely user friendly. I love that file organization is so easy to use. I also LOVE the feature where we can comment on assets that need revisions. It's made it so easy to keep everything in one pleace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really use the notification section because it's a bit overwhelming to be notified everytime a file is uploaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all of our photos and video assets organized. It's been so much easier to use than google drive.
Made Asset Management 100X Easier.
What do you like best about the product?
Air has been a lifesaver for our communications/marketing team. It is intuitive and easy for multiple departments to download or review assets. It is much more accessible than our server, and less clunky than Dropbox or WeTransfer. We love using the AI search features and bulk tagging functions as well. Overall, it has been the tool we have wanted and needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Air has made continuous improvements, but something we would love to see in the future is bulk naming abilities and improving the numerical ordering. For example, when numbering photos 1-12, 11 and 12 are not recognized as greater than 1, and are ordered before 1.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves many server connectivity issues and sharing assets with other departments and external partners.
