A Smart, Visual DAM That Actually Feels Built for Creatives
What do you like best about the product?
Air is refreshingly intuitive for creative teams. The visual-first layout makes browsing and organizing assets feel more like using a design tool than a traditional DAM. I love how fast it is to upload, tag, and share assets—especially with custom fields and version control that make collaboration smoother. The commenting feature directly on images or videos is super helpful for feedback cycles, and their Slack and Google integrations make it easy to work where we already are. Air also makes onboarding new team members fast with a clean UI and minimal learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the folder and permission settings feel limited at times, especially when managing complex workflows or trying to set nuanced access controls for freelancers vs. internal team members. Would also love to see deeper integration with Figma in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is solving the chaos of scattered creative assets across drives, email threads, and servers. It brings everything into one organized, searchable hub that’s actually built for visual workflows. As a production designer, it helps me stay on top of the latest versions and quickly find what I need.
Must have for marketing agency
What do you like best about the product?
We love how streamlined and intuitive AIR is. It’s become an essential tool for our internal workflows and client-facing projects—keeping assets organized, feedback clear, and collaboration seamless. Highly recommend for any creative or marketing team looking to scale efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some AI capabilities are add-ons to enterprise accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air solves our biggest pain points around creative asset management—no more digging through cluttered drives or endless email chains for the right file. It centralizes everything in one visual, easy-to-navigate space, which has saved our team tons of time and made client collaboration smoother and faster. The ability to leave feedback directly on assets and track versions has been a game changer for creative approvals.
Best Team Content Cloud!
What do you like best about the product?
The visual boards are extremely helpful when locating visual content and the sub-board and board structure is more appealing than traditional folders. It is very effective and easy to share content with a team AND outside users! It's also very easy to navigate as a user -- everything is cleanly labeled and accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an Air mobile application on the apple app store because I don't like that I have to airdrop mobile photos to my computer to upload them to Air. Additionally, sometimes the upload and download speeds are long, but that is less about Air and more about my computer and service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is solving the past history of navigating clustered cloud drives for sharing digital media in my large digital marketing team. Air benefits my by giving me a visually appealing cloud that is easily shared and viewed by my co-workers.
An easy and collaborative way to organize assets
What do you like best about the product?
The custom fields, ease of downloading, and ability to share assets quickly are all very helpful. The custom fields allow us to stay organized. I use this tool nearly daily to reference assets that I need. I can't speak as much to the ease of integration and implementation, as I'm started using it after it was integrated and implemented. Their customer support is relatively easy to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's dependent on how well you're organizing it - if you're not meticulous with your titling, boards or custom fields, it's easy for things to get lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air solves the problem of organizing all of our creative assets and acting as a bridge between our Creative and eCommerce and Marketing teams.

Keeping all of our assets in one place
I'm a graphic designer and use Air on a daily basis
What do you like best about the product?
as a designer it is so helpful having all high resolution files in one place. I also love the feature of sending links to external collaborators, it is so useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it is hard to be organized inside the app and things can get messy real quick. however I feel like the platform gives you the necessary features to help, but research could be optimized in order to find files faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
lack of storage space in other platforms. we use really heavy high-res files.
A Game-Changer for Creative Collaboration: How Thursday Found Its Flow with AIR
What do you like best about the product?
At Thursday, speed, creativity, and clarity are non-negotiables and AIR has become the cornerstone of our creative operations. As a modern alternative to Dropbox, AIR doesn’t just store assets; it transforms how teams organise, collaborate, and move ideas forward.
From day one, AIR impressed us with its beautifully simple interface and lightning-fast media search. We no longer lose time digging through endless folders, everything is visual, tagged, and intuitively organized. Version control, stakeholder comments, and team feedback all live directly alongside our assets, which has dramatically reduced approval times and email chains.
For a brand like Thursday, which thrives on agility and consistent creative output, AIR has been transformative. Our marketing and content teams now work in lockstep, even across time zones. We use AIR to house all our social, campaign, and ad creative streamlining how ideas go from concept to launch. It’s like having a creative command center built for the way modern teams actually work.
The integration with tools like Slack, Figma, and Notion sealed the deal, AIR doesn’t try to replace the stack; it elevates it.
Simply put, AIR has helped Thursday scale faster, launch smarter, and stay visually aligned at every turn. If you're a brand, agency, or team that values clarity and creativity, AIR is a no-brainer.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. It's brilliant. So nothing from our side here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AIR solves the mess of managing creative assets by replacing cluttered folders and scattered feedback with a clean, visual workspace. It makes it easy to find, organize, and collaborate on content—all in one place. Teams can tag, comment, and approve assets right where they live, cutting down on email chains and speeding up production. Think of it as your creative HQ: faster than Dropbox, smarter than Drive, and designed for the way modern teams actually work.
Great Price - Great Value
What do you like best about the product?
Their price point is unbeatable and is perfect for nonprofits. It doesn't skip on key features either.
What do you dislike about the product?
While additional users can get pricey, their link sharing feature is a great workaround for sharing content with people who don't necessarily need to log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Photo and videography library and organization
I Absolutely Love It!
What do you like best about the product?
I use it for our church photos and videos! It is so much easier than trying to go through an app like google drive. The "folder" system is perfect and the ability to search for things is great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I feel like Air lacks is Facial Recognition. They have recently added it to the upper pricing tiers, but I don't feel like it's worth paying significantly more to have in my situation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows multiple team members to upload photos & videos. It also gives families in our church to opportunity to download photos for their own personal use.
Great Organization abilities
What do you like best about the product?
Air is very easy to use, and has some amazing organization features such as tagging. this makes it really easy to categorize footage or content youre looking for based off the tag or tags it has.
What do you dislike about the product?
Im not sure if this is internet speed related since I have tested it on multiple different internet speed ranging up to 10 gigabyte wires connection, but the upload speed of air is quite slow. especially when moving long or multiple files it can take quite some time, the fastest upload speed ive been able to get from air was around 15mb/s which imo is still very low
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air makes it easier to work with the team i collaborate with in other parts of the world. We have some time differences as much as 16 hours, and it makes it easy having a single platform to collaborate as opposed to sending links to emails.
