Easy to use and share files
What do you like best about the product?
It's very quick to upload images and videos, and organizing and sharing them is also easy via a link. No more uploading large files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it integrated better with other apps like Canva. There is an integration but not all the images are always available. Also, a better app for mobile.

It is solving having a place to store and share digital assets for our business

Yay Air
What do you like best about the product?
Air is super helpful in many ways, highlights would be the sharing capabilities, version stacking, image tagging, and comments. It's also great to be able to add assets to multiple different boards without having to create a duplicate, saves a LOT of space. I use Air every day as the graphic designer for my company, so it's nice to have the version stacking and commenting if I ever need edits. It was easy to transfer everything over from google to Air as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
The tagging is a great feature, but can be a bit daunting to take on after transferring all of your assets into Air at once. It's quite the process to get everything tagged but in order to best use Air, it's important to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is helping me easily organize and store different assets.

Holds a lot of photos. Easy to download photos. Easy to keep things organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I search for an asset in the main bar, I am directed to the photos that were uploaded most recently, and I have to redirect.

Photo storage and organization.

I love the simplicity and organizational aspects of Air. Very user friendly and a great tool for sharing out company wide resources.

My only complaint is that there is no way to collaborate on live documents through Air.

It is solving our issue of how to distribute marketing materials and product information throughout our company
Great Photo Management
What do you like best about the product?
Tagging and boarding images is very easy and keeps things organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to toggle to "tags" in the search menu.

It is solving photo management and organization.
A great Way to Manage Large Photo Libraries
What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple to learn the tools on the website. So easy to organize your photos in multiple places and make them easy to find and share with people in your organization and outside. Storage space is perfect for a team that is creating a lot of photo graphs every month.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if you could tag photos quicker with pre-existing tags instead of having to open the photos each time. I love the label system but I wish it were faster to tag a bunch of photos with the same tags.

Storing large amounts of photos in a way that multiple team members can access and use them at once. Also sharing photos outside of our team
Great way to organize your digital assets
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's so easy to navigate and use while allowing for customization for our organization. I think it's well set up and has made such a huge impact on ease for us to collaborate well within our organization, with other creatives and with outside vendors and partners. It was easy for our organization to implement and get on board. Integration as been straightforward.

We have not had a downside yet. I think this is a great tool. Much better than cobbling other things together.

Air is allowing us to get our assets well organized for out internal use.

Air has so many tools you’ll never see in any other platform
What do you like best about the product?
Air completely changed the way we organize our files. The layout makes browsing assets intuitive. I love how easy it is to leave feedback directly on images and videos, and how you can stack different versions of a file. It is very useful when you work with multiple sizes for social media posts. The ability to search by tags, not just filenames, is a huge time-saver. It feels like it was designed for creative teams by people who actually understand how creatives work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a bit of a learning curve at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air solves the chaos of scattered files, endless email threads, and unclear feedback. It’s especially helpful when working with external partners, since we can control access and keep everyone aligned without extra tools.

-Can stack versions of files and videos on top of one another to track comments and changes in one - viewing.
-Storage is flexible which allows you to delete old files and still keep within your plan's limit
-Gives you notifications when someone has viewed your video so that review statuses can be checked
-Customer service is quick and easy to access
-We primarily use it for video reviews amongst internal team members and for clients

What do you dislike about the product?
For video commenting, we can't highlight between timestamps and can only leave timestamp markers. Would love that feature incorporated.

It helps solve consolidating, organizing and streamlining feedback on videos. It makes it an easy experience on our team and for our clients when they need to send over notes.
