Easy to organize and tag files
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to tag, easy to organize. Ability to store large files. I like the interface - it seems from pretty user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were more mobile-friendly. That is my only criticism: I struggle to download videos directly to my phone from Air, or it's a tedious process due to the large file sizes. Maybe there is some trick I am not getting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a team of people in different locations across the county who need to upload large files and access them. We also needed a better systems of organizing our files than what we were able to do in DropBox.
A very concise and useful tool for file management
What do you like best about the product?
Air is intuitive to use, and smooth to operate.
Uploads are really fast, also If you are playbacking videos there are no buffering problems.
Organizing directories is very easy as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
I personally haven't encountered any memorable things to dislike about Air at the moment.

It solves many problems that for example our previous cloud tools had.

Easy to Organize
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to organize the photos into boards. It really helps when working with an organization that hosts many events that are photographed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI search tool does not work super well. If you want to be able to find specific photos through categories, you have to tag them when you upload them to make it easier to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a space to store photos without taking up computer storage. We have thousands of photos we need to catalog and Air allows it to live outside of our personal devices.
The best digital asset manager I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Air is particularly good at asset management and avoids unnecessary duplicates. The use of boards and the way they've developed the file structure is SO functional. It makes regular File Explorer/Finder feel archaic it's so good. The search function and filters I've found to be all very functional and useful. Their support team has been great and they're particular good at listening to my role and my company's sometimes quite odd use cases and are always helping us develop solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest issue with Air is that my coworkers often have issues uploading content from mobile devices, which we often need to do because to the nature of our work. The content collection forms I have people submit content through are most functional when people are using laptops with really really fast internet, which isn't always possible for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company needs to collect a lot of content from all around the world. The content collection forms allow us to get that content from internal and external contacts without giving unrestricted access to boards (albums) that we don't want them to. It also allows us to share content with our partners and we keep libraries of marketing materials. This asset manager has been the easiest for me to organize, communicate, and control access.

Without Air, we wouldn't be able to consistently and predictably collect client feedback on the videos we produce.
What do you dislike about the product?
We constantly seem to hit our storage limits even though the videos we are uploading have small file sizes

Our clients need to review video assets we create for them, including leaving comments and reviewing several versions
Better than Google DRive
What do you like best about the product?
Air makes it so easy to scrub videos + leave comments to collaborate between teams. Plus I feel like I can visually see my entire content collection and find specific files very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a paid tier below $500 per month with e.g. 3 seats, 15B for $150 per month.

Great for Organization, Needs Better Search Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Air facilitates file management for graphic designers like me. It remarkably helps in organizing and viewing images and other files crucial for product development, ensuring everything stays efficiently allocated and orderly. What I like most about Air is the sharing function, which is exceptionally easy to use. It allows seamless sharing of files with third parties or external individuals who are not part of my company. This feature significantly enhances collaboration and communication, especially when dealing with external clients or collaborators.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it hard to use the search functionality in Air. I wish it was more streamlined, allowing me to not only find files but also show their exact location within subboards or folders. Currently, it only shows the image or file, but not where it is located, making it difficult to organize effectively.

I use Air to organize and access images and files efficiently, enhancing my workflow as a graphic designer. It simplifies sharing files with external parties easily.

We store and share photography on Air. It benefits me because I can easily download images from Air and add then to our database to sync with our website
Air makes it easy to share and access photos
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy way for my entire team to upload and access our photos. It's easy to organize using different boards so everything is neat and found quickly. We use it all the time for tons of different projects including location photos, stock photos, doctor headshots etc. You can even create links to share outside of your organization making it easy to integrate with other teams at my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while to load all of the photos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us have all of our digital assets in one place while still being organized. Being able to use folders and boards makes it easy and quick for our team to access any digital files they need.
