Air is a lifesaver!
What do you like best about the product?
Air makes managing creative resources so much easier. Instead of digging through messy cloud drives or chasing down files over email, everything lives in one clean, visual workspace. You can upload, tag, comment, and share assets in real time, which keeps everyone on the same page and speeds things up. It’s super intuitive to use, and the search tools actually work—so you’re not wasting time hunting for that one version of a logo. Plus, with features like version control, custom permissions, and integrations with Slack and Adobe, your whole creative process becomes way smoother and more collaborative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Air is super useful, but it’s not perfect. If you're used to traditional folders and file systems, switching to Air’s more visual, tag-based setup can take some getting used to. It’s great for creative teams, but if you're dealing with a lot of non-visual or super technical files, it might feel a bit limiting. Also, while it’s great for organizing and collaborating, it doesn’t totally replace full-on project management tools—especially for bigger teams with more complex workflows. And since it's cloud-based, a slow internet connection can definitely slow you down. Plus, if you're working with a ton of large files, storage costs can start to creep up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a graphic designer at ecoATM, Air has been a game changer for managing our creative assets. Before, we were juggling scattered folders, endless email threads, and trying to track down the latest version of a file—which slowed everything down. Now with Air, everything is in one place, organized visually, and easy to search. I can quickly find past campaign assets, collaborate with team members by leaving comments directly on files, and stay on top of version history without second-guessing if I’m using the right file. It’s made our creative process faster, more collaborative, and way less chaotic—giving me more time to actually focus on design work instead of file wrangling.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything’s centralized, easy to search, and super visual. I can find the exact photo or video I need in seconds, drop it into a board, and share it with the team without needing a separate doc or Slack thread.
Pleasant, organized, and excellent for collaborative work

Version control updates have been amazing in the last months.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be a glitch with vertical video when you hover to skim through, it shows a broken mess, I hope it get's addressed soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to give rounds of feedback to editors and distribute content to our clients. It helps a lot with keeping the workflow organized and compact.
Not Enough Features
What do you like best about the product?
Search function works fine, lots of tagging abilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't download files in bulk & export them to a different type. Every other program I've used similar to Air has had this basic functionality. As a digital marketer, I often need to export a Photoshop file to a PNG or JPG & can't do it unless I do it one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It holds a lot of images and assets. I can find things relatively easily due to the tagging functionality.
VP Brand experience
What do you like best about the product?
simplicity of sharing the links without having to download to see what's inside
What do you dislike about the product?
Air needs to add an easy way to export file names from their boards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sharing large files easily and getting to view them before you choose to download.
Getting rid of several third party solutions with Air
What do you like best about the product?
file sharing and storing. Security and ease of use. we use it frequently as if it was our desktop folder and it's easy comfortable across different countries and several stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes search is not so intuitive, not so easy to find which is the exact folder where one specific item I'm looking at, is located.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secutity issues and file sharing when prior solutions like wetransfer and dropbox were used with all the consequent security and copyright issues. This is an actual workspace to help share resources with sales team, get resources from them, share creativity across agencies and approval stakeholders.
Great for team access to all photos
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to navigate, download, and share with team members. It is easy to learn as well- i found my way around quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are any! it is much easier than dropbox which is what I used at my last company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and Accessability
Perfect for storing, organizing, and sharing content of all kinds!
What do you like best about the product?
Air has been so great for sharing photos, videos, files, and any kind of content across all the different departments and Club locations at our organization. My favorite features are definitely the tagging, ability to have stacked assets, and commenting. I also love the way it's intuitive and easy to onboard others onto. I also really like the content collecting feature for others to upload things to our boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the descriptions in Air could be more complex, I would love to be able to include hyperlinks. I also wish the external view and internal view of a board could be different (we can see a different title than what is shown when we share a board to someone else). I also would love if there was the ability to embed Air assets onto other platforms!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing content/assets, sharing photos/videos with others, etc. Our photos/video library used to be so unorganized and hard to find files and with tagging it has made our lives much easier.
