Duplicate Check helped keep our CRM clean
What do you like best about the product?
Duplicate Check was instrumental in keeping our CRM clean for our insurance agency (now closed).
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicate Check met all of our needs during the time that our business was open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duplicate Check, which we used within the Veruna Salesforce app, helped the problem of multiple records for customers and helping to clean up user errors

Lightening ready , fast learning curve since it is very simple and does the job of what is intended to do - used it for phones and emails

Installation time and configuration difficulties

Great product - Duplicate Check from Plauti
What do you like best about the product?
I love working with Duplicate Check from Plauti. It gives me all the tools I want and more to keep my data clean. Their support is very good, accurate and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with finding and merging (potential) duplicates. This makes it a lot easier and faster to keep data clean and up to date. With multiple options you can make it work for all kinds of users, even volunteers to work with DupCheck. They have all the tools they need to determine whether a potential duplicate is ready for merging. It takes some time to become familiar with all the possiblities, but ones you've figured them out it works for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Specifically using the de-duping product in conjunction with SF Service Cloud
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to mention at this time, but looking forward to more feature development.

Deduplication of customer data

The product does what you expect it to do, the documentation is sufficient and the service desk is replying quickly and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tweaking and tuning of the rules can be complex, but that has more to do with the complexity of social data as with Duplicate Check.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting more control on our data and higher our data quality

What do you like best about the product?
Record validation is a format, validate and verifying email address, phone numbers, and postal addresses upon inserting or updating a record.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not 100% records works, it's validate approx 80% of records works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moreover validation of mobile number and email validation to work and solve easily

What do you like best about the product?
Customer experience is top tier. I cannot say enough good things about the customer success manager paired with our organisation. Bram's committment to the success of our team has been outstanding- he made the whole experience smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning the tool and adopting new terminology was an issue at the start. This took some time to overcome. A person with a more technical background/a better understanding of SFDC would have an easier time adapating to the tool. When it finally "clicked" it became a very user friendly experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a massive amount of duplicate contacts and accounts that prevented us from truly utilising our data to it's fullest capabilities. We saw that key projects were impacted by the "bad data". Utilising this tool will allow us to do mass cleanse and validation actions that will in turn allow us to be more sucessful in marketing and data analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool works well, and the team works really hard on improving. The communication is clear and they helped us really well with the issues we were experiencing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sprints are quite long, and so to get some bugs fixed or have some additional features we had to wait for approximately 2 months for it to be fixed. The user interface with the graphs could be a bit clearer. We're also seeing some red alert for phone numbers that are correct, but international and just require a +.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our employees manually putting in information that is incorrect. Now, every time they fill in information they can immediately see if it is correct or not, solving a lot of rework.

Solution is simple to understand, configurate and implement and does what what was promised.

support during initial set up and finetuning was needed.

Reduction of cases by finding dublicates and automatic merge these case.

What do you like best about the product?
That we can reduce the number of Cases coming into Service cloud and therefore agents have to search for earlier threads, so the whole story is in one place and therefore easier to manage.

The somewhat complex settings to consider. The scenarios where a little hard to understand(Index grouping), so without support it is a little hard to self implement.
Needed a custom field to be able to granular make a filter to exclude merges happening in ceratain scenarios.

Finding duplicate cases, by merging them based on the settings on the Case object. Saving Service Agents valuable time.
