Consumer review of DupCheck usage
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility, vast configure option, nice UI
What do you dislike about the product?
Need time to get acquainted with the configurations and setup proper rulles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the standard Salesforce limits problem.
better value for our needs than Demand tools
What do you like best about the product?
support is very responsive to issues and gets back to us thoroughly and quickly. Even though they're in Europe that doesn't seem to affect response time

UI is not quite as intuitive as demand tools. Requires additional purchases to keep up with our growing number of records
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce natively doesn't dedupe opportunities, and that was a business requirement for us. With Duplicate check we can provide more accurate data to our customer service team

What do you like best about the product?
Duplicate Check for Salesforce offers advanced duplicate detection capabilities with flexible matching rules, real-time and batch processing, customizable actions, reporting, and a user-friendly interface. It helps maintain clean and accurate data in Salesforce by preventing duplicate records and providing insights for data management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dupe Check works only from Salesforce, also matching rules can sometimes be a bit confusing

We're solving 2 main problems with Dupe Check for Salesforce:
1. Showing a component in Leads/Contacts/Accounts that look for potential duplicates and option to merge right within the record
2. Run on all existing data and look for duplicates and merge if needed

What do you like best about the product?
Easy hands on tool to minimize duplicates in your database which saves you a lot of frustration and money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit challenging to find the right scenarios and fields to include to minimize manual reviewing the found duplicates.

Minimizing duplicates in Salesforce and preventing frustration in targeting constituents.
Easy to use to merge contacts, leads, and accounts software for Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
Duplicate check is easy to install for your organization in Salesforce. It makes merging duplicate records simple and easy to do. It is very easy to quickly see multiple records that match and merge them without losing valuable information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part is keeping up with the search function and teaching users how which records need to be merged. Some instances, it is easier to for one team member to manage all of the searches.

Duplicates for people using several different email addresses made it simple to use. We also had several different naming conventions that needed to be updated which did using duplicate check.
Excelent Duplicate Tool and not expensive

The chance to merge records easily is amazing, as being able to identifying potential duplicates based on our own business rules

Nos easy to customize the records merging process

Data quality means everything for our business when it comes to active accounts and potential prospects, so identifying duplicates and being able to clean them easily is the best
Powerful tool for resolving duplicates in a Salesforce org
What do you like best about the product?
Duplicate Check allows finding/fixing duplicate in two ways: a) Find and Merge- This is used to find duplicates in existing data.
b) Set up rules so new data inserted does not create duplicates. Both features are critical for Salesforce orgs. The rules for finding duplicates are easy to set up and are pretty powerful.
We have found the support team to be very responsive.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is proportional to the data that is being merged. The app can be expensive for small businesses with a large volume of data in their Salesforce org. How ever most of our clients find the app quite affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Merging duplicates is a critical requirement in any CRM. The success of a Salesforce implementation can be hampered if the data has significant duplicates. We are a partner and are always looking for reliable duplicate management tools.
Easily Identify Duplicate Records
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I'm able to identify and automate actions for our duplicate records. This is a valuable tool in our tech stack that keeps our data clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some tweaking of the rules to get the right matches, but this part of the process really helps identify and match the correct records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This keeps our duplicate records to a minimum and helps our other linked data connect to the right records. No more searching for the most current record or the ones with the most completes information.

What do you like best about the product?
The learning curve is a little steep but your Customer Success team is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more informational text so that I have a better understanding of what certain buttons/features do.

It is helping us solve our issues with duplicate records and it benefits us from a data governance perspective.
Manage duplicates in many contexts
What do you like best about the product?
Managing duplicates is a constant battle and Duplicate Check is helpful in that it is a tool you can use in many contexts - on records, in Flows, as scheduled jobs!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a little while to get used to the cross-object mapping, but the documentation is helpful, so I've always been able to work through the configurations.

Duplicates come from every direction in a database, so it's important to have different ways to manage them.
