Plauti Data Management for managing processes of enterprise CRM a nice and good technical solution.
What do you like best about the product?
The advantages of Plauti Data Management have primarily been time savings in routine data cleansing and quality tasks. On the other hand, it has been a good choice as an ally for Salesforce CRM security.
Plauti has been a tool that has encompassed both preventive and corrective tasks regarding data cleansing and ensuring information quality and security.
In terms of usability, it is quite user-friendly and adaptable to various levels of users. It is easily implemented and seamlessly integrates with other tools like Duplicate Check.
The frequency of usage within our organization is nearly daily, making the tool a permanent fixture and exhibiting good levels of UX/UI.
Corporately, customer support is a priority as there is a commercial interest in selling more and better, thus providing continuous support.
Plauti has been a tool that has encompassed both preventive and corrective tasks regarding data cleansing and ensuring information quality and security.

What do you dislike about the product?
As the main limitation, I have found difficulty in establishing data validation rules preventively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool is automatically solving CRM contact duplication issues both preventatively and correctively. Additionally, it currently resolves data quality processes in sales opportunities, adding value to the sales process and saving time for the sales staff.
Lastly, we also utilize the tool for corporate purposes to expedite the detection of data quality errors in processes that feed into corporate reporting in external tools.

Duplicate Check for Salesforce is easy and nice
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can create your own configurations for each object and also mulit object checking. Although we haven't branched out to using API or Rest API's i like how that is an avialable option.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing i don't like is the filtering options on the records to check
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we currently are using duplicate check for salesforce to run accross our lead - we have mulitple users and sometimes we have the same person (lead) in there twice, but need to be because they are prospects for each user - with the job filtering capabilities, we like how they will not show as duplicate leadsbased on matching only.

What do you like best about the product?
Controll over what gets labeled as a Duplicate along with the difference scenarios we can set and availability on custom objects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Record Limits are hard to gauge as a growing company, may have X amount of records at the time of purchase and then grow exponentally, requiring adjustments to the license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duplicate merging on Records. Cleaning Data is much easier.

it catches the duplicates so we don't have issues later

creating rules can be confusing. I have to type to use all the characters in this quiz.

What do you like best about the product?
Its duplicate scoring and advanced merge rules are best in class. I've looked into similar products, and Duplicate Check is the best all-around software for matching and merging SF duplicates. We particularily like the ability to select a master record based on customizable criteria, and the ability to set merge rules on a field-by-field basis. I worked with Linh, one of the reps at Duplicate Check, who demoed the product and showed me how to customize the software for our organization. She was incredibly helpful and professional, and made the product easy to implement. The trail period was very generous as well, allowing us to try out and benefit from all the features of Duplicate Check.
What do you dislike about the product?
The more advanced feature sets are prohibitively expensive for organiztaions with small budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us to find and merge dupliate contacts and accounts with ease.

Cross-object matching is superb in Duplicate Check, as I can easily map our leads & linked accounts

Excellent duplicate managment tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to fine tune the match criteria including the ability to weight the fields used in a match criteria, as well as the advanced logic such as fuzzy match, email specific matching and the ability to ignore and exclude frequently used words when matching addresses or names allows us to really fine tune our searches. We are able to schedule automated merge jobs based on slam dunk criteria such as 100% match on First Name and Email, and also set up jobs to find obscure potential matches using partial matches on First or Last Names, age, Mailing Address, Etc, that we can then review manually for those harder to find dupes, especially when we find matches using nicknames or typos in fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only improvement we would like to see would be the ability to add some if/and/or statements to the match criteria, we have been able to work around this using the filters and the exclude/ignore if null features in the match criteria.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Beyond data quality the biggest advantage to Duplicate check is that it allows us to prevent duplicate communications being sent to contact in our CRM, especially when a duplicate is created at a different stage in the comm flow that matches an existing contact, we can prevent conflicting and duplicate messaging.
Great tool and an excellent team!
What do you like best about the product?
The tool has a broad spectrum of configurable options which make it very flexible and adaptable to our use cases. Duplicate management is always a nightmare in Salesforce and this is by far the best tool I've come across to identify and merge contacts based on disparate field matching. Our team were supported through the sales process by Linh Do - she was incredibly helpful and made the whole process seamless, finding us answers to all our questions and helping understand how to get the most value from the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the breadth of configuration options is fantastic, it's also intimidating and somewhat impenetrable at first glance. It took us a while to understand the various panes of the tools and how they interacted - the tab ordering is different to the order you have to use them for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have various Salesforce integrations the necessitate us allowing duplicates to be created in Salesforce, unfortunately. Previously we manually idenfied these and merged them periodically but now we can accurately uncover them and automatically merge. Identifying them alone is a huge step as often it's not obvious they're duplicates as Contacts could have up to 7 email addresses. With Plauti, we're able to compare all emails across the fields on a record, find duplicates and merge.
Great tool to identifying duplicate records
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy add-on for Salesforce which can be easily configured. It works with standard and custom objects. Standard and custom fields can be used as criteria for identifying duplicates and you can easily set a weighted score for each. When multiple criteria are set, an overall duplicate percentage score is calculated. Additionally, there are LWC that can be implemented on pages showing the potential duplicate, as well as automation features to mass update/merge duplicates in bulk.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scoring of duplicate variables takes a little time to understand through trial and error, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy to grasp and update if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our org had a problem with duplicate accounts and inbound leads coming through. Since Duplicate check also works at identifying potential duplicates between leads and existing accounts, we've setup some simple rules that can easily identify those through their LWC on a record page. Reps have the ability to identify and merge records if necessary.
