What do you like best about the product?
It makes the assigning of our inbound leads easy and fast.

It does what it says it will. No complaints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes the distribution of our leads easy, fast, and very efficient. I can make the adjustments to the percentages for each rep on the fly, when I need to. Very easy to use and then you can get the reports for who got what.

Easy implementation using the App Exchange.
The duplicate checker allows setting different duplicate scenarios that are configurable on a field level. They allow complex combination where Salesforce is lacking this functionality. Moreover, it allows us to control the creation and update of duplicate records.

Although it is easy to use it can be challenging to fine tune the scenarios
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Duplice Check allows us to set complex duplicate detection scenarios. Salesforce does not allow those kind of complex settings. It gives us more control on the creation and update of duplicate records. Further more, it has a mass merge functionality that helps to easily clean multiple records automatically.

This is very helpful and no need to think of duplicate data in Salesforce if we have duplicate check add on

Nothing for now, right now there is no dislikes

We can restrict to input duplicate data in Salesforce by using customize configurations

Duplicate check allows us to include our custom fields to determine a duplicate.
The matching logic is great and you are not limited.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing, it has a range of features and everything is covered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to the nature of our business, we need to have duplicates. Duplicate check not only removes duplicates but allows us to select those that should remain. We can ring fence data in the searchs, whether it be by parent account or a simple custom field, we can be a picky as we like.

I cannot think of anything right now where I dislike the Product.

Checking for existing Duplicate records in Account and Contact Objects and then merging them.
Great duplicate management tool for complex needs
What do you like best about the product?
-Cross-field matching. I like that I can identify duplicates by comparing values across multiple fields on a given object, all within a single job. Many other tools do not support cross-field matching at all or only allow one cross-field pair per job.
-Ability to use multiple scenarios in a single job. I like that I can identify duplicates across multiple scenarios all within a single job, as opposed to running a separate job for each scenario.
-Displays potential duplicates to end users on view and edit pages. Duplicate Check comes with a custom component that shows the user potential duplicates based on the more elaborate matching rules that we are setting up in the app. The out-of-box matching and duplicate rules would not catch nearly all of these matches.
-Resources/documentation. Duplicate Check comes with a lot of articles, guides, and how-to videos to help you get up and running with the program.
-Ease of doing business. It was easy to set up a discovery call and demo for Duplicate Check compared to other tools I considered. Duplicate Check also had the quickest response time when it came to answering questions and issuing a quote.
-Helpful SDR. Linh Do was our SDR, and she is probably the best SDR I have worked with for any app. In addition to being prompt and clear, Linh did a great job understanding the details of our use case and tailored her demo to show how Duplicate Check could handle some of the trickier problems we would be facing.
-Pricing/nonprofit discount. I was concerned that Duplicate Check would be out of our price range, but the product was very affordable, especially with the non-profit discount. We will save much more on employee time than we will spend per year on Duplicate Check.

There isn't anything I dislike about Duplicate Check. However, the tool is so capable and sophisticated that it might be difficult for a new admin or an also-admin to use.

My favourite Deduplication Tool for Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
From streamlining processes and eliminating duplicate records. The interface is very user-friendly and it is easy to install and start using.
You also have the option of using automation through flow actions and auto merging to remove the manual work usually required during deduplicating records.

There is nothing I dislike about Duplicate Check
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There were far too many duplicates in our system before I found Duplicate Check. Now I have a clean database that is perfect for any team to use without worrying about encountering a duplicate.
Great Duplicate Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Duplicate Check is flexible and can support custom objects as well as cross-object duplicate matches. Support is always very quick to reply and very helpful!

As of now, there is nothing to note about poor capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duplicate Check helps our organization both identify and prevent insertion of duplicates. We use this tool across several objects (both standard and custom) and across objects (like lead-to-contact). Additionally, Duplicate Check provides robust features like flow actions. Using Duplicate Check flow action for record matching and conversion, in one flow we can find a matching account record and convert a lead into a contact, account, and create an opportunity where necessary.
Best-in-class duplicate management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Duplicate Check does everything you would want from a duplicate management tool and then some. It's quick to set up, highly customisable, and allows you to tailor a perfect balance between what you want to happen automatically, and what you want to have a set of eyes on first. My favourite feature is the ability to set a value preference on a field-by-field basis - for example, on this [date] field, I want you to keep the latest value, but on this [date] field, I want you to keep the earliest value.
I once had an issue that Duplicate Check couldn't solve (because Salesforce doesn't support it, not because of a product short-coming), and rather than saying it couldn't be done, their support team went above and beyond and provided me with the code for a custom trigger that solved the problem.

The pricing tiering could be a little more flexible - it makes big jumps at the top-end of record numbres.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce's out of the box duplicate management rules are clunky and inflexible. Duplicate Check allows us to analyse virtually any object of our choosing, set the amount of fuzziness we want about the rules for matching, balance the priority of fields used for matching, and then determine which values should be preferred on a field-by-field basis.
