What do you like best about the product?
Has almost everything we expect. And scallable with sole configs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company has lots of data traffic since we're in retail and sometimes api manager struggles with default settings. And docs can be a lot better, feel like it's not very beginner friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our current api manager is a mess, so we needed some solution which can be replaced without that much effort. And obviously should work as expected. And although a bit of learning was required after initial setup its working seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
The session emphasized how a full-featured API manager handles the complete API lifecycle—from design and prototyping to deployment, publishing, versioning, monitoring, and deprecation. Understanding this flow clarified best practices for long-term API governance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no any major dislikes on that.if we can see more details of the APi on dashboard it's better

IT Is a high-performance, security-first gateway that manages, secures, and scales API traffic. It enforces OAuth2, JWT, rate limiting, and threat protection while supporting REST, GraphQL, WebSocket, and SOAP APIs. Built for hybrid & multi-cloud deployments, it seamlessly integrates with Kubernetes, microservices, and legacy systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex setup (requires tuning for high scalability)
Steeper learning curve than SaaS alternatives (Apigee, Kong)
Community edition lacks enterprise support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this for enable SSO for multiple products within the organization

What do you like best about the product?
It provides complete API life cycle including governance, rate limiting etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a policy error happens there is no push notification mechanism. I believe this should be implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strong Security
It is scalable and cloud ready for our use
It has a centralized control environment and managing governance

What do you like best about the product?
1. Quick support
2. User friendly interface

4. Learning portal very helpful to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now nothing. It’s better to have or assign a person for support rather than crating tickets. Not for all the issues but get some advice and small issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Security improves
2. API management issues sorted and we were able to get all the APIs in to single platform
