Jamf simplifies Apple management
What do you like best about the product?
Day 1 support of new Apple software releases
What do you dislike about the product?
Support does not always escalate tickets appropriately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf simplified our iPad deployment where a job that used to take hours of setup now takes minutes

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf has a easy to use UI and has great features like Patch and Connect. It also is actually cheaper for EDU than some competing MDM solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to Jamf is that it introduces yet another system to login to. Also pricing is pretty expensive for business use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to understand the management console much easier than Workspace One and in general just do what we need to do.
Jamf helps succeed with Apple.

Easy to use, day one support, ability to customize using scripts.

When support is needed it's hard to get to someone knowledgeable/experienced in an issue.

Deployment, conditional access.

What do you like best about the product?
Able to provision an apple device without being in the enterprise network, with a minimal user interaction and seamless user experience
What do you dislike about the product?
To the fact that it only caters apple devices. Most enterprise now a days is looking for cross platform solutions for client management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a client management for mac os and no better endpoint manager does it better than Jamf pro. We were able to provide seamless user experience during our onboarding and rollouts
Opened my eyes to resources I did not know were available from JAMF.

Speaking one on one with representatives.

No JAMF Connect inclusion w JAMF Pro. [yet!]

Improving deployment and provisioning times significantly

What do you like best about the product?
JAMF KB is very very good and very detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime it takes awhile for policy to post to machines. Especially iOS device. You almost need to send a blank push every time a new iPad is being deploy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all of our iPads for our retail store, sales rap and shared devices. It allow us to patch and manage our macs.

The breaks between, also enjoy the sessions are long but not too long. The app is helpful. Really like that

Its cold (haha). I really do not have any negatives

I like that it works. The user just enjoys the technology. I also love the support both from Jamf and from Jamf Nation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the App categories from the App Store to be part of the app descriptions within Pro. Also, I would like those categories to be searchable in Self Service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are deploying all of our student iPads. Previously we would image all student devices. Jamf is saving time and enabling apps and Apple Classroom settings to be pushed out. Fantastic just with that.
