Best Mac Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Remote software installation to users anywhere. When new software is released, it is easy to push it or make it available in Self Service
What do you dislike about the product?
Large databases can be slow to load/edit. Icon management for packages is also not ideal

Deployment of large numbers of devices at once

What do you like best about the product?
JAMF support is always available and usually willing to help with issues and problems that may be a little outside of the JAMF scope but impact your management. Along with contributing to the open source Mac management community with scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
JAMF pro may not be as new and agile as some other products but it is tried true and tested.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HIPAA compliance, managing endpoints and security enforcement.

We use Jamf Pro to support a large number of MacBooks with a very small number of tech.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface is a little clunky sometimes.

Supporting lots of users with just a few people.

I love being able the manage Macs and having a network to go to for help.

Some sales people are not helpful with identifying resources.

Jamf Pro helps us with fast deployments and management of the Apple environment. Simple and easy to use. Technical support is awesome.

Not much really besides the higher cost of licensing.

With the simple deployment and support, we're able to quickly manage the environment to work on other projects.

We love seeing jamf pro in schools and are excited to look at Jamf School.
