What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a great platform , love the WhatsApp integration, and would love to have Facebook Messenger integration as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting everyone synched in minutes HQ, branches, and remote, all at the same time. Getting feedback and having reported measuring adoption is key. We rolled out 2 languages at the same time and it was a big plus.

Use your existing communication channels with Bites, it will get you the highest engagement rates.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Great customer support. Ongoing upgrades and improvement. Scalability. My teams have been very receptive to Bites.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 150 second limit on phone videos. I wish it would permit longer videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem was I needed a way to rapidly communicate the same information directly to a group. The main benefit is greater communication clarity.

What do you like best about the product?
Bites is very user friendly and has some really great functionality, making it very easy to create targeted learning and development content. The customer experience and support offered is also amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am enjoying all aspects of the Bites platform that I have come across. I see it as a really powerful and cost-effective addition to my learning and development offering internally and externally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I first started to investigate Bites it was as a part of a learning and development solution that I was exploring for an organisation that I work with. They have a remote, geographically dispersed team so a microlearning solution that they could add into their current learning and development practices and get very specific tailored learning and development content to people, to access and use on mobile devices. The added benefit of having additional analytics and checks for understanding are also a big tick.
Through my scoping of Bites, I very quickly came to understand the benefits to my business as well. I am a consultant with a small remote team so the ability for me to share learning and development content and onboard new team members efficiently and effectively is greatly enhanced with Bites. I also see Bites as a great option to use with external parties as a way to reinforce learnings and actions from coaching and mentoring conversations.

Ideas for improvement: more intuitive access to library of existing Bites, % of completion and also have a suggestion to watch the Bites that you didn't watch yet

In HP, we're big fan of Bites and our sales are really enjoying this snackable content video to learn something valuable in less than 3 minutes
