Complete micro-learning solution - makes training new employees easier and fun
What do you like best about the product?
Remote working is tough. For one, ensuring team collaboration can be a challenge. Additionally, if we are to hire new people, we need to have team members develop a cohesive approach to working. And one of the top things that prevent that is proper training. Long-form written manuals aren't that great - and that's where we used Bites. I can easily share content with my remote employees, and get the analytics I need to know how the response has been. And I could even send across info that team members found useful or ask them a few questions, and have my team members reply to them. This keeps them engaged, and the easy integration with Whatsapp makes this even better. And did I say, it's all for free since I have less than 25 people in my team? You just can't beat that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would give this full marks for training. And Bites works across industries as well. The only part where I do find it lacking though is the MS Teams integration that only comes with the Business plan. Not that am complaining but would have been nice to have that too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the major issues, as I talked about above, was to have people working remotely get the same training. As team members joined from time to time, it became difficult to do that. Bites helps keep everyone on the same page while improving collaboration and communication.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great microlearning and content creation tool to use either internally or for your marketing purposes. And with an amazingly affordable pricing plan, this is something small businesses - like mine - will love!

I love how easy Bites is to use. The first time I used Bites, it was familiar and convenient as it is based on techniques I am already using on other platforms.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I enjoy it. Bites meet all my needs and make it so easy to learn new things and get the best and quickest training at different workplaces I've worked in before
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bites is a great way to save time while training a new employee.
In the past, while starting a new role, I went through a long training even though I could have learned more information in less time. Bites is an excellent solution for fast-learning employees that can just watch the process once.

Great product!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform allows me to have a very high level of involvement with my team, as I can send the Bits I create through the communication channels they already use (WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams). So they don't need to download any other apps to have access to the content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the platform and the video editor quite complete, but I would add more music options for the creation of Bites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform's variety of tools allowed me to create amazing content for my team. Now I can record videos, write flashcards intuitively and with that I can already see the difference it makes in my team's engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to be able to present this new training platform to my employees, since it's in a format they're already used to (like Instagram and TikTok), this makes the information easier and nicer to receive .
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is extremely complete, so so far I have not found any problems about it, but if the video editor had more songs ( current songs) it would be interesting

Previously, I had a problem creating professional content easily, as I used several applications to produce a single video. With Bites, I can produce everything in the same application, from the video editor and share it directly with my team.I managed to understand the best way to communicate and produce professional content for my team.

I really like that I can produce all the content I need within the app, without needing any additional platform to produce the videos.

I still haven't found any negative points related to Bites.

The user experience is fantastic; we see this in the massive amount of comments in the discussion area and the engagement rate, which is over 80% and high above all other tools we use for training and knowledge transfer.
It's super easy to create and allows us to be very agile and quick, sending dedicated bites to different audiences worldwide and delivering them to the employees' communication channels.

I haven’t had any problems with the platform. Bites is significant tool for us to equip our salespeople with the right, most up to date knowledge
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We launched Bites after receiving feedbacks from salespeople and their managers that thoughts the learning and knowledge transfer methods we used for salespeople do not meet their needs. That sales do not have the time and desire to sit for hours in front of a computer to answer long lessons. We were looking for simple, short, visual solution that salespeople can consume anytime, anywhere to complement our existing tools.
Bites saves us time and money and allow us to quickly create and send content in engaging and fun way. The sales are happy to access and use bites on their mobile devices which usually takes them less than 3 minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of content creation so I can create whatever I need to share in a few minutes

Nothing. I am very happy with Bites, it meets all my needs

I use it for ongoing updates for the team. I can easily create a video explaining what I need to communicate and share it directly through the app. I like that I can keep track over who watched my video, and follow up on those who didn’t (or had questions).

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Bites is that I can communicate with my team in real time. We used to work with an LMS but it took too long to create the content and in the end my employees rarely ended up completing the training. I think that easily creating social media-like content is more in line with my employees’ expectations today and we’ve definitely seen results as a there.
My employees also mostly use Whatsapp for work related communications so having a platform that integrates with Whatsapp is a no brainer.

Sometimes the analytics can be a bit detailed – I’m not sure I need that level of granularity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a number of different employee profiles who are using bites. We have project managers who deliver briefings for new real estate projects with bites. That means briefing contractors about projects in real time.
I also share live updates about real estate projects with customers. Its great to be able to personally deliver a message to customers who know me. I think it gets much better engagement than a cold email and it helps to maintain our relationship with key stakeholders.

Just what we needed!!
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile user interface can reach over 700 off-site employees and track their engagement in our training and communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
The log-in screens and processes have changed a few times which as caused some issues for our less tech-savvy users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to reach a very spread out workforce and track their level of engagment; we are using Bites to solve field training needs without a cumbersome LMS.
