Great solution for field employees

What do you like best about the product?
We use Bites to train our new staff.
Since a big part of our work is with VIP clients we have to maintain high levels of service. Since we implemented Bites as part of our onboarding and training we actually see an increase in customer satisfaction and less complaints.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an image preview of the Bite’s content in the shared link, and not just the title, as sometimes employees say it was confusing for them to differentiate which bite is which
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communications with our remote workers, that are located in other geo locations.
Updating all shift employees with company news
Fast onboarding to new employees
Library of training and onboarding content, available for all employees on their mobile devices

What do you like best about the product?
At my department, we use Bites to update each other on day to day things. It’s really easy and
feels personal when we shoot videos of ourselves instead of just sending written messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific to mention here. All good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training the manufacturing workers and the distribution department on their mobile phones is
very convenient. Especially when it comes to safety and compliance, where we must make sure
everyone went through their training.
Also, daily updates were ignored prior to Bites, and now we see that the engagement rates went
up.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about using Bites is the format. On the platform, I can record videos in the same format that I would record using Instagram, for example. In this way, I feel that I can keep the format of the content that I produce much more interesting for those who are watching.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a suggestion: I think the video editor could have more tools to make the contents even better (more music, transition effects, and fast voice). That’s my feedback to be even more complete!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can communicate effectively and quickly with Bites. Do I want to share some professional news with my team? I record a Bite and send it, the easiest! Do I want to notify you about a new protocol or company update? I record a Bite and send it! And the coolest thing is that everyone likes to open and watch the videos, which makes everything more effective and cool for everyone

What do you like best about the product?
I like more being able to create content and then ask questions about it, with the quiz. Of course, I also really like the tool to add flashcards, I feel that knowledge can actually be fixed in a training step, for example. That’s really new and cool as an easy solution to engage employees. Also, amazing customer service, really satisfied.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far using the platform I haven't experienced any problems to report. I think they are quite complete and have good support and development of what they promise as a product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of having effective training and quite easy to understand. In this way, I managed to build a material that is easy to understand and quite simple, spending nothing, just my location. Also, in the material, I asked the old employees to record the videos, which was very important and showed how they know and are part of the company.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about using Bites is the possibility to create easier and faster communication with the whole team. From new employees to people who are already with us, we all use Bites to communicate and exchange important information. A good tool for organization and internal communication. Also, a special compliment for the customer service, always very fast, prompt and try to solve anything we need quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still haven't encountered many problems using the platform, apart from a few bugs that were quickly resolved when we contacted the company. So apart from that part we really have nothing we don't like about Bites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With I Bites I am able to create smart solutions to old problems… like onboarding. Now our process is very effective and simple, we created a playlist with our content, which we had recorded and just added to the platform, and we managed to share it with all our new employees. Innovative, simple, and with a current language!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is to be able to share my onboarding content remotely.
Times have changed and it is very important to know that there are solutions like Bites to approach and make comunication easier and more engaging with employees nowadays.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far l have said a great experience with the platform. No complaints and all the basic tools I use are working perfectly as they should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest solution for me is to be able to reach my employees even without being in the same environment, in an organized, easy, and interesting way for them. This made my onboarding process a lot easier in the post-pandemic world, so Bites is now part of our employee engagement strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
Wow. It’s so easy to maintain the high standard of our business now, thanks to Bites. We quickly send messages to employees, reminding them of daily steps and keeping updates simple.
All employees are satisfied, messages are simpler to understand now, and we enjoy an effective platform and a user-friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm very happy with Bites; We love the platform and enjoy communicating with the employees in apps they’re already using. It made running our business much easier and helped us maintain our high standards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The challenging part of running our spa is keeping all employees informed of changes in guidelines or times. Bites help us keep the staff up-to-date with changes in our spa regulations and guide them to interact accordingly with customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Accuracy is everything for us. Bites allows us to ensure that our employees won’t miss any detail in a long e-mail. We use Bites to remind and inspire our workers to offer high-level customer service, and it’s so easy to do it frequently, thanks to Bites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - it’s excellent and easy to use, as mentioned above.
Bites meets all of our needs. Even when we need to summarize complex information, it is easier to convey it in Bites.

We realized that Bites helps us keep our message unified without missing any detail.

Bites help us unite the training among all employees. We train our employees via Bites and make sure that our high-level service is maintained.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s super easy to connect with my employees on Whatsapp because that’s how we’re communicating with them for work anyway. I also like that I can create content really easily without any 3rd parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there are no major issues. :) :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use bites to connect with contractors and brief them on projects. It’s great that they don’t need to download a new app because they’re not necessarily our full-time employees. That way I can just connect with them easily before undertaking a new project.
