Very useful and easy to integrate
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up and integrating with environment was trivial (AWS, http sources). Great pre-canned dashboards. Query language learning curve is low and custom dashboards easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some elements of the user interface could be improved, particularly regarding sharing dashboards and queries within organization (was initially kind of confusing).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring and compliance, . We've used Sumo Logic to do things like optimize network traffic, show coverage of monitoring agents, and aggregate log data to better monitor user interaction with deployed services.

A real IT crowd pleaser.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy sumo logic's ability to collate and aggregate data in real time. My app would not be troubleshoot-able quickly without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aggregation data needs more features. Sorting transposed columns would allow us to prioritize what we want to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed of realizing when an issue has appeared and drilling in to troubleshoot it.

The ease of being able to pick up the query language to do searching through the logs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need the ability to perform more than 1 action per alert. Idea SL-I-1881

centralizing Logging / Dashboards to 1 pane of glass.

The ability to pull information from multiple sources and method has been a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like the alerts to be more robust. As of right now it's limited to only a few options in terms of contents it can send, specifically for email.

Overall being able to monitor systems in our organization and responding to them accordingly.

You can take awesome information only from your logs data

It is very fast to log and it has a wonderful search engine, so it is quickly to find your data.

It is hard to start using it, but after that you will make a lot of things.

We solved the alerts when any of our applications crashes, we have an integration that notifies us through slack or pagerduty when an error occurs.

What do you like best about the product?
This is very user friendly to analyse the logs. We can filter out on alomost every aspect and narrow down the logs which helps in solving problems quicker

Latency in logs. When I hit the website and the time taken to ingest the logs into sumologic is quite higher than expected.

we are analysing logs on sumologic which further helps us to solve various bugs in the system.

The kind of queries, I can write to get reports. I can get any type of data using sumologic.

Learning curve, looking for some best learning material (example based) on this. Not too extensive, compact one.

Analyzing failure in prod logs & reasoning why it's failing.

What do you like best about the product?
The different filter attribute which are present in the Sumologic make it easy to checks logs with different attribute efficiently
What do you dislike about the product?
When I reverse the order of logs from Oldest to recent then it can show limited messages.

Looking at logs to debug the issue and solving them.
