A Salesperson's Best Friend

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg has the highest level of accuracy in regards to phone, e-mail address and org charts. DiscoverOrg also helps us to understand what technology is in place as well as individual roles. The DiscoverOrg system ties in well with our collaboritive/solution selling methodology.

After using competitive solutions, I cannot live without my DiscoverOrg. It's simply THE BEST solution out there for prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
DiscoverOrg does take an investment. As a sales guy, I want access to all titles across industries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with call centers to bring greater levels of customer service to their customers. We eliminate complexity in the call center by analyzing and then improving the people, process and technology behind every customer service call.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Awesome solution.

DiscoverOrg is my go to Sales Intelligence Site

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg is my go to site whenever I need a marketing campaign, need to find a specific lead and best of all are their Triggers option. I can not tell you how many times I got the jump on the competition because of their Trigger option. They are extremely easy to work with, my guy their is Nic Jamros and even though he is in the Pacific Time zone and I am Eastern Nic has no problem fielding a call from me at 8ET, 5:00am Pacific. Whenever I start at a new company , and to get granular the past 4 companies I worked for my first request is a subscription to Discover Org
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I would consider to be negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to get direct lines and e-mail addresses'. The Triggers feed that tells me that there is an upcoming project in my space is unbelievable and in some cases when I call to inquire about the new project from "X" company I know about the project before they do!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a way to increase sales and get the best business intelligence DO is the way to go. You get what you pay for while there might some other sites like it and cheaper, you get what you pay for and DO is hands down the best! At my first position where I had to make a decision of what to use I chose one of there competitors and in the end it cost us twice as much because within 4 months we went with DO and since then they are all I use

Going deeper with my relationships. Gives more current information on candidate titles and companies.

What do you like best about the product?
My company has been using DiscoverOrg for the past 2 years and it's made my life so much easier as a Sales Consultant. The accuracy and content of their data is excellent. I've worked with other intelligence firms in the past, but none are nearly as precise with information as DiscoverOrg. Brandon Derbin is our representative and he is top notch!

On a scale of 1-10, I give DiscoverOrg a 10!

What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes on how this offering works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to get accurate contact information (phone, email, org charts). It allows me to get deeper and wider in my accounts. I also am able to further understand the type of technology they subscribe to and who I might be competing with.

I'm getting into more accounts because of their content and dealing with the right people. More sales! Faster time to bring a deal to close.

What do you like best about the product?
Great layout of account based prospecting, great customer success manager who educates on product
What do you dislike about the product?
TEDD dataset needs to be more mature - more accounts need to be added to justify for price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
looking to build pipeline in an organization, benefits are huge - alot of access to people and potential prospects that linkedin cant offer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
use normal IT dataset for foreseeable future. TEDD dataset not quite where it should be in my opinion.

Zoominfo - Best tool for contact data

What do you like best about the product?
Simply put, Zoom has the best quality contacts, and I have used multiple vendors. In fact I used to work for one of their competitors. Their company summaries are useful and they seem to have most companies I search for. It is also very easy to use, fast and responsive. It is also easy to build contact lists for prospecting, marketing, or to clean up your current lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish they would provide more context around companies, as far as relevant news and trigger events -- changes happening at companies that would be timely to know about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enhances and speeds up my research time, to verify the right contacts I want to reach, and verify basic information about the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While no one sales intelligence product does everything perfectly, I felt Zoom really nailed the contact quality issue, and it made sense to pick a vendor that did one important task really, really well.

What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing that I disliked about Zoom Info.

Finding the correct contact and the correct title/position.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is one of my favorite tools for so many reasons but a few of them are:

1. Ingrates well as an extension to the browser you are using for easy access to the company facts or the individual prospect you are looking for.
2. The platform itself is easy to manage and navigating the Org Charts is still my favorite part of the tool.
3. The CRM integration for me is SFDC is seamless and the updates to the contacts happen in seconds. Makes for an easy day to hit my work metrics
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say there is so much content that updates to the platform to make content easier to find might be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospect and Company insight to grow engagement and build a pipeline for our company.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the tool really has so many different aspects. Whether you are prospecting, list building, trying to fill in some gaps, they have the information readily available. The platform is intuitive and user friendly as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they do not have an email address for a contact but generally it is not a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We sometimes need email addresses for contacts that have not provided it and this tool really helps. I have also become aware of so much more that you can do with ZoomInfo and started using the tool more broadly which has led to a great increase in useful data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The customer service is outstanding. You have a personal contact that will not just answer all your questions but teach you so much more!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and find specific contacts. The summaries of the companies are very helpful and informative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is out of date. You need to cross-reference with LI to make sure the person listed is still actually active at the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Zoominfo has helped me create organizational charts and target prospects easier.
