Tons of Leads! (for US teams), but the UI/UX leaves some room for improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I think the quality of information provided for leads with which they have information readily available is excellent. Easy way to generate a large listed of targeted leads based on their parameters.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality (depth) of leads outside of the US. The EMEA market is greatly lacking in coverage, and HQs are often wrong or incomplete.

It is very much a feast or famine type of database, and the "feast" leads are being prospected by tons of teams as they are the ones with actual contact information.

Very little contact information for SMBs and high-growth startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation. We have been able to get into larger corporations where finding a champion can be difficult due to the sheer quantity of the leads in the database for some enterprise companies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it if you need leads for the North American side of your business.

What do you like best about the product?
I did not find this product user friendly. Compared to other software that provides a similar service it was not useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to other software that provides a similar service it was not useful. I think it lacks in brand awareness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Research for job hunting, getting background information on potential employers.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg has played a pivotal role, help us target right accounts and right clients (more specific). DiscoverOrg is a full-scale ecosystem solution to your company's marketing, sales and streamlines the effort taken by Market Researchers to get solutions on time. I also like the opportunity that you can configure and customize as much as you needed to make it work on any specific business model
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have found inaccuracies, I reach out to the Account manager and they will update the information. Please keep updated contacts in accounts and Price!..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving a ton of time manually sourcing, I'm able to get accurate contact information (Phone)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Useful tool for sales and marketing go to market initiatives. Provides comprehensive information on a company and its contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
As a sales professional, I am always in research mode. DiscoverOrg gives you access to more emails, personas, and org structure than other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permission features based on what persona you buy. Also, data isn;t always accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client/prospect research

Learn triggers and how to pull reports. I always validate data wth Linkedin.

Decent Product for Pulling Prospect Leads in Bulk

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo probably has one of the largest repositories of any other provider I know of. There is also a chrome extension that is pretty nifty, particularly for Linkedin.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the dislikes are shared among any mass-lead generation tool, however here's the cons I've experienced:
- Outdated/incorrect information
- Not a great UI, seems kinda archaic compared to other products out there
- a bit of a learning curve
- the company size reporting is almost always inflated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a reliable way to pull targeted lists of prospects in various industries, geographies, and company sizes. Zoominfo is nothing to write home about, however, it's an cost-effective way to get decent results.

Used to find contact information for individuals, and information about businesses

What do you like best about the product?
It has a large database of contacts on a global level, which I've found helpful. It's the most efficient way to find contact information for both company and individuals, based on company, title, name, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is definitely not always accurate. I use it as a quick option, but always know I need to call/email to double check that the information is accurate. I'd say it's accurate about 50-60% of the time, but because it's so quick to check, it makes sense as a starting point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The challenge of getting in touch with very busy individuals around the world. Business moves much faster with tools like Zoom and employees are far more efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand up front that it's not always going to be accurate, but if it does have the information you need, it's an easy and quick process

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of information helps with prospecting and casting wide net for finding right person. Great salesforce integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contacts will have outdated job titles or are no longer with company. Those become a waste of credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking for IT decision-makers and those who influence marketing software choices.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that my target market and contacts all sit in the DiscoverOrg platform. It's a one stop shop for all of my IT Data needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the new platform. The old one was way easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate and timely data is crucial to our business. Knowing when new CIO's arrive at a company and knowing when they depart is a really nice feature in the triggers you provide.

Amazing Sales Intelligence Platform

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Discoverorg in two different organizations and the platform is fantastic. The quality of data is impeccable and has made our prospecting efforts all the more effective.

The IT Dataset provides great intelligence about people but also technology used. I built an entire SDR outbound effort with the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. I wish they had more data from more companies, but they are always adding more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a repeatable outbound sales development process that utilizes the best data.

We achieved this and regularly generated new business with Discoverorg.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Run don't walk to this platform. The data is impeccable and it will make your sales development teams better. Period!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has all kinds of filters you can query on and drill down on companies and key contacts in those companies. I like how you can set up triggers to so that you receive automatic NEW notifications of changes and announcements in your email inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike at this time. It's still new to me so so far, I'm liking the user interface just fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just getting the most newest information on prospects and companies. The benefits are that DiscoverOrg seems to have the MOST information on MOST of the companies and I find them to be accurate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it. Use it. It's well worth the investment and less expensive than most others yet more powerful.
