What do you like best about the product?
By far the best aspect is the ability to pull very targeted lists. The fact that you can sort based on technology, management level, title, responsibilities etc. allows for very targeted marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the fact that there are not contacts listed for every single trigger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved problems: Salesforce clean-up, contact information, segmenting my lead database.

Benefits: More deals, and a constantly full pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
the search functionalities and the depth of their database is top notch. LinkedIn extension is AMAZING
What do you dislike about the product?
hard to build lists and export, but i can overlook that due to the great database they have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding correct contacts at companies and schools to reach out to in regards to software purchasing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for one off contacts with very specific job titles this is your tool. It is amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of finding a name and narrowing it down by title. I can be very specific in what I am looking for and usually find what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many times I get bounce back email addresses from Zoom Info. I wish the database was kept up to date more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to find the correct contacts and build pipeline by setting up a campaign with the contacts I have found.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you use this database for creative/hr contacts, and have another database for IT contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
Initially Zoomifo was used by logging into the browser. Later they introduced Chrome extension for finding contact info.
Open any linkedin profile then click the Zoominfo extension in the chrome then you will get the email address of the prospect you were looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Zoominfo app is always blinking whenever you open a linkedin profile whether you get the contact or not. Sometimes its not giving any contact we are searching for then it is redirected to the browser there you have to login into the browser to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Searching for th business email to connect with for recruitment purpose
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo gives business email of the prospects we search for because it has call and email verification to verify the email and phone number which is used for signup.

easy to see who is in what position at a company so I can reach out to the correct person

Creating more opps daily with DiscoverOrg

What do you like best about the product?
The information found in DiscoverOrg seems to be the most comprehensive of any other tools we have used for our sales development team. Even after moving from that position, I get pointed in the right direction as an account manager to those accounts who have big expansion opportunities. We know who to contact and who is best to talk to as well as their contact information that is not outdated as we have found on other softwares.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I personally find the information or layout of information a little overwhelming. That may be just from lack of full understanding of how the software works. Once I got the basics down, however, I was still able to utilize it. I just know that there is much more I can do to fuel/build my pipeline with the information it provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has completely changed our outbound strategies. It arms us with a little bit more knowledge of those that we are contacting. Our opp creation has increased big time.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to import contact information directly from LinkedIn using the ReachOut tool is a game changer for us. The addition of being able to import data as a contact and not only as a lead was a welcome change that transformed the benefit we receive from the tool. We have conducted a few mass contact updates and their team was wonderful to work with on this.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout of the website is still a little clunky. We mostly use the integrated ZoomInfo window within the Account and Contact pages within SalesForce, but when you need to do an advanced search the website is better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact information to populate and refresh accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I haven't found a better product in this category yet for our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
90% minimum accuracy rate. Contact information is valid and trustworthy. Automatically syncs with other tools like SalesForces and Outreach,
What do you dislike about the product?
Website could use a modernization update/simplified UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with potential leads with contact information that I would otherwise spend hours researching and validating.

Build customized alerts and oppalerts to tailor your requested information to your specific need/industry.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is a great tool for finding information on prospects and companies such as emails, direct phone numbers, annual revenue, etc. It is not always correct but I highly doubt there is a tool out there that is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes has a lot of old information so you almost always have to verify through LinkedIn that the person is still with the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cuts down on the amount of time we were spending on finding information for prospects we are trying to reach out to.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many things I like.
I would say out of those things what I find extremely helpful is the accuracy of the direct dials, email address, persona ...
It bi-directional sync capabilities to CRM for one off uploads as well as bulk uploads.
Time saving tool !
Check out the great contractual guarantee, need I say more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really call this changing what the platform is currently but I would add smaller companies private and otherwise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sales force is able to be more productive as a vast amount of time is saved using this tool as a main resource for sourcing as well as researching.
increased activity, increased call connects ... All creating additional revenue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
At the very least give this platform a try, you owe it to your sales force.
