Helps for huge companies
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way you can see the structure of the company. No other lead generation tool allows you to see this kind of thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sometimes they aren't all listed. I find that i find alot of contacts on linkedin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a new BDR I am struggling to find out how the companies are structured. This provides a good visualization. I have enjoyed the benefits of using Discoverorg on many occasions. It always has the right contact information, and emails rarely bounce. I love that you can see the human resources as well as the marketing. It makes it easier to know who to reach out to. Sometimes, it appears that the contact I am looking for is in grey and at the bottom, but I think that it is helpful because they still are available to me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Improve the widget for chrome.

What do you like best about the product?
The market insights into which platforms companies use. The ease of creating advanced searches and finding leads. Search alerts are very helpful to save time keeping up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, any company that I need information on that is not listed I can easily request to have it added. The Team here activly adds new ones and will sometimes prioritize your request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expediting pipeline build at the top of the funnel. Much easier to locate companies that would benefit from our services and utilize our integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you are able to see the corporate structure of each segment is very helpful. If you are trying to get a response from a certain person you can always go above them to their boss to try and get a response.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that some of the corporate information is incomplete, they are missing some people who are key decision makers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issues of getting correct emails and phone numbers.

DO provides prospects so I don't have to scour linkedin, it expedites my prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see what projects are in progress and who is running them can be invaluable to pitch for ancillary services to the appropriate resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the contact information is mostly spot on, the org charts can be highly inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are targeting IT and marketing departments for business development. Our immediate benefits are time spent researching the appropriate people has dropped in half.

What do you like best about the product?
Super accurate contact information to the highest levels within an organization. Org charts help navigate prospecting and opportunities
What do you dislike about the product?
Our organization targets enterprises - which DiscoverOrg is perfect for - but we also target Service Providers who have smaller employee counts but, for our solutions, offer great opportunities. We don't get access to these companies because of their size and it's too expensive to expand our subscription to encompass SMB size orgs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting and navigating opportunities once established. Been able to contact key persons to get in and move deals forward.

I really love the ease of use, and how you search by titles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes LinkedIn has the most recent contacts and their respective titles, so it makes it a little outdated on DiscoverOrg.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool to help me prospect. With DiscoverOrg, I can look up what tech a prospect is using, who the contacts are within a prospect, any changes within the prospect's org, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the information can be outdated. Sometimes a contact within an org has moved on to another opportunity and it takes some time for that to filter down to DiscoverOrg.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building out contact lists and integrating to SFDC.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it! It can do a lot for your prospecting and sales efforts. It is a wealth of information.

All of the features built within the database, has yielded very critical and accurate results, real-time for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much... maybe better export features and syncing with CRMs that aren't SDFC or MS Dynamics.

Acquisition cold-calling, selling business value over the phone to the right DM's
