What do you like best about the product?
the org chart feature, allows me to ensure I have the decision makers identified

sometimes, no direct phone numbers or no phone number
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
trying to find key people in IT organizations. Benefit is direct communication via email and phone

Easy access to a lot of leads in which you can also get insight on.

There are email addresses and phone numbers that are inaccurate.

What do you like best about the product?
-Great integration with Salesforce
-Opp alerts, in theory, are cool
What do you dislike about the product?
-Far fewer contacts and information than ZoomInfo
-Although Opp alerts are cool, they seem to either not be real or late to the game, specifically in the Customer Experience industry. Hopefully, the new Opp Alerts update will improve this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to prospect companies that signal they are in the window of searching or buying a product like ours.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get more contacts like ZoomInfo, consider partnering with them

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can instantly get an accurate insight into the org chart of any company I'm prospecting. Also a huge plus that DiscoverOrg integrates with my other tools like our CRM, and calling software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the inaccuracy with the data for companies that are below the $750 Annual Revenue mark. I understand it's harder to get that data for smaller companies but I'd rather little to no prospects that bad data for prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving how to prospect and penetrate our new niche market within our industry at a large scale without hiring above what costs our org can incur for SDR/BDR type roles.

The accessibility of org charts, phone numbers, emails, and company HQs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you call in expecting a person to answer that and they are no longer there or there position does not truly reflect their responsibilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall just knowing who and who not to contact for certain things.

Ability to access mulitple accounts from your specific territory.

I dislike that Discover does not always update the most recent information right away.

Finding the right contacts, able to see what they currently use as a solution

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability DiscoverOrg provides to quickly upload contact information into Salesforce. It enables me to quickly create targeted campaigns through Salesforce and 3rd party vendors. I can also do a quick pull of everyone in a geographic area with a certain job title.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bulk upload isn't permitted at our license level. I have to individually pull contact info. It can take a long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to find direct phone numbers and accurate email information for those IT professionals working at our target accounts inside specific geographic regions. I run email campaigns and follow-up with phone calls based on the information I pull. I have been very successful at penetrating target accounts with this method.

DiscoverOrg Prospecting Tools

What do you like best about the product?
I have found DiscoverOrg to be the best way to find accounts and contacts to load directly into salesforce - especially when combined with LinkedIn
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the contacts are wildly out of date. There are also many contacts locked behind a wall
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right accounts to prospect into - drastically speeds up my searches.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think Discover Org does a really great job of prospecting - but there are software bugs and issues that prevent it from being as good as it can be.

Great tool for pulling accurate company contacts

What do you like best about the product?
I like the general accuracy of contact and company data, as well as the insight/scoops provided. It makes properly targeting and gengaging with prospects much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chrome extension coudl have a better UI. Many similar products now have integrated pop up windows that make accessing data on the fly much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to find prospect contact info so that I can do outreach.
