DiscoverOrg is great for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
- Be able to prospect new customers.
- OppAlerts is great for potential deals. I like that they go straight to my inbox.

- Can't link large lists to SFDC. Have to export to an Excel first.
- Some of the info is dated and incorrect.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has most public company information and I can look up any line of business and find the corresponding email addresses and phone number for the contacts I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that a lot of the information is now blocked.

Lead generation, prospecting, updating account and contact information.

I think it's the best tool out there for cold-calling in a sales role. It's very organized and has a lot of great information to help Sales people make connections for business opportunities. Highly recommend.

Can be outdated employees sometimes that have either retired or are no longer there.

DiscoverOrg is very easy to use, user friendly and quick. I like that you can create specified opportunity alerts tailored to your industry to find new prospects. Also, customer services are very quick to respond to any queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much a dislike. There have been some technical issues with a couple opportunity alerts I have subscribed to but they have been easily fixed.

Using DiscoverOrg triggers, we can find new organisations that seek our solutions and can have quick and easy access to their employee data.

The scoops. They can lead you in a direction that can lead to the correct people to speak to about your product and that is the best resource.

Not always accurate information. Can run slowly at times

I use it mainly for contact info or tying together the right department employees that I want to target. It's best for solving staff members to tie together.

I love using it. Its mostly correct and up to date.

I like the linkedIN profile connection. Huge! I use it every day to connect and to veryify information.

I do not like how sometimes the info is very off. That displeases me. But like I said, it is for the most part accurate.
