Good for the price
What do you like best about the product?
Tracks the # of calls (would like more options with that though) and will show when clients open emails and links they click on.
What do you dislike about the product?
makes salesforce very very very slow. Basically pauses the system a few times a day. Any emails you send take about 30 - 40 seconds for the email to polulate.

A Tool that Makes my Job Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. It takes the hassle out of your day with just a click of a button. You can email multiple clients at once and record a voicemail once. It really streamlines your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only run into minimal issues, but nothing that has delayed my workflow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the Salesflow feature has allowed me to have more time for prospecting leads and finding new opportunities.
Tellwise is very close to perfection

Great for outbounds roles and follow ups. It is a great solution that any sales should have!

Hard to say because so little. It's very user friendly, simple to implement and deploy.

Save time & frustration with reach out & follow ups. Now I am able to focus on very important tasks

I LOVE THAT I CAN USE MY LAPTOP FROM HOME TO MAKE CALLS AND DO MY JOB EVEN WHEN I CANT MAKE IT IN TO THE OFFICE! ONLY POWERED BY TELLWISE WHICH IS SO CONVENIENT!

I love how something use to taker me a few hours to complete I can now complete the same task in a quarter if of the time.

Quick and effective way to market to prospects
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use. I only had to be shown how to use it one time.

Targeting companies that would benefit from our service and benefits we realize are in the money we save our customers versus our compeititors.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to reach a large audience with a specific message with minimal time commitment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. The Tellwise folks are constantly upgrading the product so maybe having to learn about the new benefits regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a sales rep. I work a territory. As a company we did very little broad scale marketing this year and I made my number by running targeted, creative and often large scale campaigns.
Power Selling
What do you like best about the product?
This has given me the ability to automate the manual aspects of my job in regards to emailing (our CRM is another story). I have a lot of success uploading excel spreadsheets of prospects and popping them into a salesflow and watching the heat to prioritize follow ups from there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the feed on the right and the activity viewer in the main area, but I wish the activity viewer showed amount of opens like the feed does when I click a name without popping up a pane, I also wish I could sort all activity by the heat and interactions for ALL contacts as opposed to a snap shot. I also wish there was a mute button for the feed. I like the sound alert when a prospect opens but at times when I am on a call session it goes off in my ear and can be distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This takes the manual labor out of cold emailing. It tracks the most likely times to get emails opened and calls answered and gives users visibility to what is going on on the other side of that email as opposed to sending a message into the dark. I prefer to do all of my emailing here.
Great tool for Sales!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can see my contacts in a sidebar extension while in gmail and can send tellwise emails from gmail directly that tracks in salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a few issues with hitting out email or call limit as a company so the emails take longer to send but it was an easy fix. There also should be a better way to send attachments without it looking so scary to the recipient. If they could view it like a normal attachment and not in a separate tellwise window that would be great.I would also love to see a better way to organize templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get a lot of data from our tellwise account and can track the activity data to see how it directly is affecting sales. Management has an inside view into what reps are doing day to day and can make adjustments where they see fit.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to setup sales flows so I follow up with each lead constantly. I love being able to tell who opened and looked at content sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would not call it a dislike, but I would like more reporting capabilities. I know most people use their own crm for reporting but I would like more flexibility in the program itself. Like drill downs.
