What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg has very accurate information. I can generally find the contact information for the person I am looking for within a matter of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take some training to get used to the site. You need to know what to search for, and where to search for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting. I do all of my prospecting for new customers on DiscoverOrg.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to get accurate information on new prospects.

i wish i could filter by fortune 1,000 companies

huge time savings on gathering potential prospects. time is the primary benefit

If you spend too much time looking for leads on LinkedIn or calling/emailing bad contact info, DiscoverOrg is the tool for you.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that there is verification of names and numbers, this really helps in terms of prospecting data. Additionally, I appreciate their ability to build targeted lists with your input.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. It is VERY expensive, there is no way around it. You need a sizable team to really make the price justification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting for contact data for sales.

What do you like best about the product?
It offers the ability to search contacts within businesses based on different parameters. Also ability to plug into salesforce and Linked In Sales nav to update contacts information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is often outdated. The search engine is terrible. The search parameters are not specific enough. It pulls tons of wrong info. Sometimes it gets it right..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it for pulling leads in and verifying contact information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Zoom Info for SDR departments with a heavy need to prospect and verify contact information.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that zoominfo pulls accurate phone and email of contacts. I like that you can select attributes of a company including things like eCommerce platform and it pulls a really great accurate list. Also the "export to salesforce" is a really great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the annual revenue can sometimes be a little bit off. I also felt like the customer support was a little bit slow when I ran into issues throughout my use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps the sales team find contacts with their information so we can reach out to them.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to plug in different companies in my territories and focus my search on the target audience I am trying to reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could always use more factors and options to pinpoint search.

I have been able to build quality lists and target companies that could possibly interested in our product.

What do you like best about the product?
I love knowing that the data is human verified. I'm reaching out to prospects whose contact details and roles have been confirmed by a living, breathing human being. Recently too.

Also, the ability to really refine a list, do advanced searches, export to CRM, integration with other tools, are all spot on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't think there is much to complain about. Occasionally I'll have wrong title for someone, but they are right so much more often than other tools I have used that is doesn't really matter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to curate lists of the prospects and love that i can refine my search by title, region, industry, so that my messaging can be on point every time.

DiscoverOrg will help your sales and marketing teams by constantly providing them with insight into who the right prospects are, and when they might be ready to buy.

Huge Database, not always the most accurate

What do you like best about the product?
If I'm looking for a one-off email or number for a prospect, zoom info seems to be the best for having their info from the other systems I've used
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the best in my opinion for building lists. There seems to be a "Quantity over quality" approach with their data at times, so if I build a list of 50-100 prospects to target with calls and emails, I can count on a sizable percent of my emails being rejected and many of the individuals no longer with the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filling in missing marketing and prospect data to increase likeliness of successful outreach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If using this to build targeted prospect lists, there may be better tools out there. However, for adding sales insights to an existing database, this product really shines.
