Easy platform to use. I like the way that the formating is set up.

Some outdated or nonexistent job titles and people.

The user interface is hard to use and the filters don't work very well. Sometimes you filter for something and it doesnt work well. The export tools are efficient.

The advanced search option gives a great amount of variability and up-to-date information.

Not much, sometimes the information is inaccurate or a corporate line is misidentified as a direct line.

Insight into companies' org chat. High-level view of industry landscape.
Discover org is the BEST sales intelligence tool
What do you like best about the product?
The advanced search function. Being able to search across corp HQ locations by state, metro area, etc is really useful. And then being able to hone that information down by employee type, and more, is even better. I use discover org every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
The information provided by Discover isn't 100 percent reliable. Email addresses and phone numbers are often wrong, but its still a useful tool in being able to identify who constitutes what in a particular company. Just can't trust the info a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting, generating potential customers. Benefits have been increased efficiency in sales in identifying pockets of potential business, learning the corporate structure of a particular company, and amassing relevant info to a particular company.

Direct phone numbers, emails, org charts, tech stack insights, department budget insights, and scoops to keep you up to date are any salesperson's dream!

Sometimes the info is outdated, or they are missing people in the database, but the team is always willing to help if you put in a fix-it request

DiscoverOrg has enabled me to prospect faster, and get in touch with decision makers directly.

Can find most companies and they sync directly to our CRM.

Not being able to find companies. Having to troubleshoot why DiscoverOrg will not sync at times.

Very helpful for us to find multiple contacts at a company. Also great to know their financials. Helps with our lead process.

Often times does not have smaller startup companies. As a commercial seller, I wish I had access to prospects at these smaller companies.
