Great interface, data needs improving
What do you like best about the product?
Love the user interface & Scoops aspect of the platform

Some of the data within the platform needs a lot of scrubbing

What do you like best about the product?
You can run really granular searches in different industries, that really comes in handy when you are prospecting. The information about the customer is always up to date. The can distinguish between B2B and B2C companies, which is huge if you are prospecting B2B companies, it takes away all the unnecessary companies and just streamlines your prospecting process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Org charts are not always clear which makes it hard to prospect. When it comes to small and medium-size companies they sometimes don't have a lot of information. Sometimes they have the prospect's personal number on the contact information, which just creeps out some prospects when you follow up with them. I hope they improve their integration with Salesforce to the point where you can see if the lead is in Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have a lot of bounce emails with the prospecting tool that we used before switching to Discoverorg, but Discoverorg really fixed that issue for us. It saved a lot of prospecting time because now we have a clear idea who the right prospects are through Discoverorg. We used to have a lot of duplicate records being created, but Discoverorg really solved that problem by its integration with Salesforce.

Definitely the best prospecting tool out there

What do you like best about the product?
I like that i can compare my contacts that i have already and see if DiscoverOrg has more information on them. I also like that Its easy to use, have courses on how to use them.
What do you dislike about the product?
That list match will freeze up when i enter 50,000 contacts but says it can handle 100,000 contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expanding our market. I can get the word out there about our company using the contacts from DiscoverOrg that haven't heard of us before

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to submit research requests, org charts, and capability to import contacts into SFDC. It is a great way to keep having contacts added into the database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Research requests take longer than i'd like. In addition, sometimes people are still at the company, but because they have to confirm on the phone sometimes it's difficult to get contacts added although the contact is present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Old contact data begin refreshed and ensuring we are able to find new contacts to prospect to.

What do you like best about the product?
The up to date information saves me time that I can reallocate for closing business rather than researching data

Sometimes the cost can take you back but it is easily justified with the value the rtool prvides for efficiency.

Less time researching, more time connecting with customers and ultimately closing business.

I like being able to setup different filters to target specific clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Information is Frequently outdated, people have left, titles have changed, Linkedin accounts not always there. Contact information is not correct. Its not always all at the same time but between all the inaccuracies they add up.

I am finding contact information for people i'd like to communicate with. I like scoops that give me hunches. I've realized a lot of productivity

What do you like best about the product?
I prospect at my job. I couldn’t do it as efficiently without discoverorg. It cuts my process time in half. Easy integration with salesforce is by far the best feature.

I wish it had more contact information.

Prospecting is easier and more efficient.
DiscoverOrg is a great resource.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy DiscoverOrg is to use. The ergonomics work well for sales reps looking to quickly find information about the company they're researching and the individual stake holders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service is quite pricey but, the access to good data and ease of use makes it worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reps are able to quickly gather insight into the company and find the stake holders that would otherwise take much longer to find. It allows our sales team to be more efficient.
Solid Inside Look at Organizations
What do you like best about the product?
Gives me a great look at how companies are organized and the data on individual people within the org are usually pretty accurate. They respond quickly to requests for changes in the system as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often the phone numbers are general CS or general company numbers, so you don't end up with a decision maker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying leads. The OppAlerts function is very useful in finding the right company at the right time for our product.

Great product to find more about your target audience. The OppAlerts function is a godsend.
