Killer tool for lead generation
What do you like best about the product?
at LW, we use it for our end customer to do lead generation, email campaign, b2b nurturing and lead nurturing with pulling data from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
we are super duper happy with zoominfo access

Business data and intelligence about the company and the person working there with IT landscape

What do you like best about the product?
After trying other tools, we have found that ZoomInfo Sales is the only one which provides up to date, valuable contact information for a wide range of contacts for the UK and also globally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not encountered any problems so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides contact information for sales leads.
Great for prospecting categories, industries, or looking up specific companies!
What do you like best about the product?
I find it really easy to natigate and searh for specific catagories, job titles and industries. Its very helpful if you want to find contact emails and phone number for specific companies as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside really is that sometimes the info is outdated.

I'm getting through to companies I would never be able to reach just on Google!

Email veification so I no longer need to guess. The buyer intent data and sales intelligence is also helpful for prioritizing outreach among my territory.

It has become a very comprehensive suite and has always had the best data.

Expensive but I do still use it because of the quality of the data

I've used ZoomInfo at my previous 4-5 companies and as a result, I've become a champion of the tool. I was brought on at my current company to build an outbound motion and have replaced Apollo with ZoomInfo to successfully do that.

The switch to ZoomInfo has enabled us to significantly ramp up our outbound efforts. We've been able to increase the quantity and quality of our outreach. Notably, the ability to leverage AI to generate emails for specific intent signals has been a game-changer.

Love the tool... hate the bugs
What do you like best about the product?
I love the intent and scoops. IT helps me understand what opportunities and initiaitves companies are working on. I like the ability to define a buying committee and key personas that can be used as a filter later. LOVE the ability to filter on lists and CRM account owners in the advanced search. ZoomInfo keeps adding more and more unique and strategic filters which has been impressive and super helpful. I lvoed the Websights as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ZoomInfo popout for chrome is messing up all the time. It only works sometimes and is very frustrating when it doesn't. It's hard to get support for certain challenges and there's been times where I haven't heard back from support. Their info isn't always up-to-date so you always have to double check their info. I don't like the limit of intent words and phrases... Do not like teh mobile app.... everyhting is very limited. No Org charts or intent or websights.

Helpos to gain email and contact info that is unavailable. The pop-out Chrome extension saves time in researching companies. Advanced search easily identifies key contacts.

I find great value in having access to the ZoomInfo Intent Lists.

When pulling lists with specific criteria, there are often duplicates. While this can sometimes be beneficial by providing multiple contacts, I understand why some might view it negatively.

ZoomInfo is eliminating the guesswork from prospecting by providing us with direct contacts. This has been monumental for our efforts, allowing us to connect with the right people more efficiently. As a result, we've seen a 30% increase in our first-time appointments, significantly boosting our prospecting success.

This helps companies market and target specific customers we want to reach out to so easily.

Updates with employees status are not that specified and needs to open or view LinkedIn etc.

Great tool for business growth
What do you like best about the product?
The availability of useful information the platform provides has been a key to my growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have enough time in the day to use it as much as I would like, lol! Honestly, I have not found any real issue based on my usage. I have not used it as much as I would like, but that is on me; the platform provides the tools I have been looking for to grow my business.

Finding prospects, and the relevant information needed to contact them, has always been a challenge. ZoomInfo has been a great tool for gathering all the information I need.
Enterprise Sales
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales provides the most efficient way to organize, filter, and prioritize companies to prospect. Coupled with the organized contacts by title allows sellers to find their targets faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that many of the numbers for the contacts are not correct.
