Huge efficiency gains

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best databases for current account and contact information with extremely easy to use interface
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to bring SFDC information into account search criteria within the platform, although this would be a major technical hurdle to do this I believe
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
efficiently add accounts and contacts to the database and confirm accurate information. Run lists of accounts and contacts to target prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
The Ability to create lists in different segments, verticals, geos, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to have saved searches toggle on/off who you've already uploaded to CRM. Have to deduplicate elsewhere which is a hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding customers in my target market- specifically using a certain product we are trying to displace. So far all of the leads I have engaged do in fact have that installed product.

I like the scoops the best! I also like being able to find contacts in a particular industry for various campaign purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the integration with Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the analytical insight from the Bombora surge data and they deep custom filtering tools enabling you to drill down to specifically what you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more specific information regarding WHO is surging at a particular company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Target marketing. It has allowed me to laser focus on my specific market and arm me with the most rlevant data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you invest the time to properly train as there are so many options in this tool they can be easily missed if not trained.

What do you like best about the product?
Accessibility to the of vital information I need to perform my day to day job functions. DiscoverOrg saves me valuable time by not having to spend time in my day prospecting and allows me to make more phone calls throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
My primary clients are financial institutions and companies that offer mortgage loans. With that, it seems some of the mid-small size companies don't have as much information in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time efficiency. DiscoverOrg gives us more time to interact with prospective clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a big fan of the blue chevron on the side of my web pages that allows me to do a quick search on companies or people. It allows me to quickly find out where the headquarters of a company is, number of employees, revenue, and more. I like having quick access to all of the data as well as potential contact information. It has really helped me to enrich our existing leads and find new ones to prospect. I also like that the list creating features allow you to create a list with search parameters as broad or narrow as you'd like. This helps me to really dive deep if I want to see something very specific.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I've only found two things that I dislike about DiscoverOrg. 1) I'm uncertain about the accuracy of the Scoops. Often times when I call an organization that supposedly has a project in the works, they either don't or have already completed one recently, or the contact given has no relation or idea about a project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data enrichment and integration has been a problem we've been working on over the past year. DiscoverOrg has definitely helped to enrich old data and it's integration with Salesforce has been great.

Solid product for data management

What do you like best about the product?
Their training and support centers go far beyond the typical how-to. If you have a green team that needs a starting point for ABM strategy, lead gen, or prospecting, you have a go-to toolbox baked in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the toolset (scoops, intent, etc) is largely unreliable. As D.O. claims their system is human verified, it is also prone to human error. Many times reps will follow up on scoops and the "reporter" has never heard of that information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
List builds and isolating ideal customer profiles. We've also integrated DiscoverOrg into our CRM to help upend and clean some of our older records.

Zoominfo for the win!

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Info daily in my job in sales. I look up phone numbers and emails for prospects and contacts, look at org charts, look at intents and scoops as well. I love the Salesforce integration as well. Being able to look at a contact from my salesforce is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the phone numbers are wrong, or it will say the contact is not with the company any longer but they are, but it cannot be 100% perfect. We use Outreach and I wish I could enroll a contact in Outreach without having to export o salesforce first, but that is a limitation on our side. Not much to dislike about Zoominfo honestly I would say one thing is it's not very intuitive or user friendly in setting up intents. Takes a bit of practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the correct contacts when expanding reach in an account, having new contacts to prospect and call on, identifying key executives in a company. Lookign at org charts, and setting up intents. All these thing benefit me daily, with having the right contact information to more easily reach contacts and set up meetings. The intents give me insight into what my customer is interested in.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg makes prospecting intelligently feasible. It takes the guess work out of endless LI searches and streamlines with my company's CRM. Several of my most effective outreach efforts are thanks to DiscoverOrg.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have no dislikes. However I would like to become more proficient at leveraging this resource as I'm sure there's more to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Huge time efficient solution, enabling more bandwidth for higher impact outreach.
