Research Assistant Necessity
What do you like best about the product?
The research I do is critical and the important data ZoomInfo provides assures me the most accurate information available. I enjoy using it because it's easy to navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I do not have any dislikes. The company does regular updates to assure updates to their data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving problems of location, titles, phone numbers, company size. The benefits are precise information to connect marketing data to the right people.

You won't be disappointed
Zoom 2.0 is the update I needed
What do you like best about the product?
I love the look of the site with the switch to 2.0 and how easy it is to navigate. Zoom has always been easy to use and pretty intuitive even when I couldn't find something but something about the switch to this new format has made that easier than ever. It has a clean look and the easily collapsible search fields are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes the data isn't the most up to date. I understand how hard it must be to keep millions of contacts up to date so I can't say it's a big detractor of using the site. I've found that Zoom has the most up to date info just a few months after I've found out about a change with one of my main contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping me find the best contacts and leads within a health system, hospital, or medical group. Not only can I target specific departments, but I can also focus on different titles. Having different strategies has lead to success in my role and a constant source of new leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a tool to help supplement your current process of developing leads, this is it. It has so many other features as well with videos for how to use some of the features based on your role within your company. The tools they give you to make the most of the product really help enhance your experience and give you no reason to not utilize it to the best of your ability.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the biggest highlight would be the ability to collect a mass amount of leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I kept running into issues with having to resync DiscoverOrg with my other sales tools and reauthorize my account. And I mean like every other day I had to go in and do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number one business problem we're solving with DiscoverOrg would be mass lead sourcing.

Best Account based research provided on the market!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize searches and dive into the scoops feature. This is something I'm constantly doing and keeping up to date on. It helps me prioritize my account targeting for greenfield. Allowing me to prospect with a purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes not up to date information about job changes and limited info on SMB accounts. This is obviously due to the accounts being smaller, but I'm primarily leveraging Discover org for scoops and insight on my geo-territory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up to date with an ever-changing market place. With Insights and Analytics being often a use case, project to project type of problem companies are solving it's important to have to date information on companies that are actively looking to address problems or projects.
Account Management needs some work
What do you like best about the product?
Their Zoom 2.0 platform has been very easy to use when looking up companies or contacts within companies. It is also easy to follow their filters in order to find exactly what you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The account manager for us has stopped responding to emails/calls so we are unable to get questions answered in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to fill in gaps in our database with account information.
Nothing better for direct dials
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is the one and only tool I have found that consistently delivers quality direct dials along with emails. If you are cold calling, you need Zoominfo. That's that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo's UI feels clunky and sometimes it is hard to actually do any targeting from the application. Many of their competitors make it much easier to search for and save the right prospect quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed direct dials to actually get a hold of the prospects we wanted to talk to, zoominfo got us there.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are cheaper and easier products to use, but I have yet to find a single one that provides data quality like zoominfo
Great for increasing efficiency in outbounding
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to fire through a call list and make notes as you go is incredibly useful in terms of making the most of your time. Being able to schedule and automate emails is also great. The integration with Salesforce really makes this product excellent. Salesflows also provide a strong capability to have multiple campaigns running without having to have constant input from the user. The interface is well made, and there are rarely any issues with pulling contacts from salesforce into the Tellwise UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is sometimes difficulties with the connection between Salesforce and Tellwise, but it can usually be remedied by refreshing the systems. There can also be a delay between activities and when it is updated in Salesforce. Sometimes contact lists will fail to populate, but this can usually be fixed by refreshing the page. I have experienced issues with the calling service, but again if you hang up and have it call again, it will work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maximizing efficiency and allowing reps to send the calls and emails they need to without having to take the time to log their activity. I believe when combined with other prospecting tools, Tellwise really allows a rep to be the most productive they can be. Along with that, the logging of activities in Salesforce automatically is great for managers/analysts and above, who can get a better idea of how their employees are spending their time.

Excellent product for integrating phone and email into Salesforce.
Tellwise saves me so much time
What do you like best about the product?
I manage over 250 clients in my role as an Account Manager, and I work for a company with a very small marketing team. This means I often have to take marketing and larger scale communication into my own hands. Tellwise allows me to do this easily. I can easily upload lists of existing clients and communicate with them effectively. The emails they receive typically have no issues getting through, clients truly believe they are receiving a direct communication from me (and can't tell it is going out to dozens of others at the same time), and the response rates for my campaigns are always very high, meaning unlike other email marketing tools, the emails are actually getting through - and read! :) TellWise has completely improved the efficiency at which I am able to operate and allows me to take my business into my own hands and not have to wait around for someone else to do it. Without TW, I would be sending manual, time-consuming emails and not seeing anywhere near the results I see with the power of this program.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I have specifically not seen with Tellwise that I can think of that I do not like. I have yet to explore some of the more advanced features as I use the program for basic email marketing purposes, but I look forward to exploring the other aspects of the program as they are constantly growing, developing, and listening to feedback from the teams they work with regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using TW has exponentially increased my efficiency and allowed me to send more targeted mass emails to different groups of clients, allowing me to increase my revenue and better use my time.

I would highly recommend TW as a user-friendly program that you will enjoy using and that will increase efficiency.

Nothing in particular. I find it very useful.

Valuable insights, easy to find the right set of accounts as well as prospects. The major benefit is time-saving.

DiscoverOrg is amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg gives you access to data that I haven't been able to find anywhere else with Scoops and Opp Alerts. The data has been extremely clean when we nurture leads from this database.
What do you dislike about the product?
DiscoverOrg doesn't allow you to go a search for leads based on company location. Only the location of the lead.
