Best Data Intelligence Software
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has more contact information than any other tools I have used. The accuracy of the information is accurate. The integration with our CRM is phenomenal. Our company is also using ZoomInfo Complete, their add-on feature - great feature. ZoomInfo's customer support is fantastic as well. We get resolution on the same day 90% of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things I dislike about ZoomInfo. It will be good to have more detailed company information.

I will definitely recommend this product
ZoomInfo is a great tool to obtain direct contact information for key buyers.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have easy access to direct phone numbers and email addresses, which shortens the sales cycle and makes it easier to find the right contacts faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is pretty up to date, but it's not as real time as some sites such as LinkedIn or other professional directory sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me connect with people quicker than normal. The benefit is good direct conversation that move the sales process along.

It's a great tool and worth the price considering time and effort it takes to find direct lines and contact info.
The best tool for my job!
What do you like best about the product?
I generate leads for the company I work for and Zoominfo has made my job so much easier! The best part of Zoominfo is how much I can narrow my search by industry, revenue, job function, etc. I recently completed a leads list for our Super Bowl publication and there have already been 4 sales made from my list. I look forward to exploring the information provided more to continue growing as a lead generator.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a whole lot I don't like about about Zoominfo except for a couple of minor things. When my company first signed me up for it, the company's revenue was more accurate but it recently changed. Now the information provided is within a certain range i.e. between $10-25M. Then there are technical glitches here and there and considering I spend 95% of my workday on Zoominfo it can become very frustrating having to go back to old way of searching through Google and LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of time I have saved in searching leads is massive, I am able to generate twice as many leads as before. This of course, means less work for my sales reps, more sales for my company and eventually more money for me!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are considering using another site DON"T! This is the best tool for lead generating I have ever used. It makes my job so much easier and my company is already seeing the results from my lists.

I like how there are many mid-market and smaller companies details. Also like the interface/layout of the software it is very easy to use.

Many old contacts are still listed, people who've left the company, old numbers etc...
Why can I not make a suggestion if I have the correct info?
I find myself cross referencing with linkedin every search to make sure I'm reaching out to the correct person.

Saving a lot of time searching for the correct person to speak with.
Huge benefit's in mapping orgs quickly and finding the right dm. I save hours a week using zoominfo and it seems to be a much better product than it's competitors, at least for our market.

Easy to use and powerful, and now that data.com is sunsetting this is a great database for saving your team time.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to identify potential prospects and reach out to them via email/direct dial. I also like the ability to make lists and append to my current database/CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not that much. There is time when I need to enter the website of a company opposed to the company name to get access to contacts. I feel account management for ZoomInfo should do a better job of talking with their current client base. When I have a problem with ZoomInfo I am always talking with my sales rep not the dedicated account manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding companies that are similar to the ones that are already buying from me. Being able to append my current database/CRM.

Be able to better understand what you want ZoomInfo to do for you. This is a very powerful tool and can make both sale/marketing job easier.

I like how easy to use yet powerful it is, the new chrome extension makes it that much easier to prospect!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, maybe how you have to log onto the widget and the webpage separately instead of it remembering automatically.

Constantly prospecting using zoominfo as our tool. That and filling in missing data whether its people, companies, or website info

Super easy to use and accurate information. I like how you can narrow down your searches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its not up to date, or has weird titles for people. There are times when I cant find certain companies, even when using a parent company or website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting is much easier with Zoominfo, I have saved hundreds of hours searching for contacts just by using zoom info. By having access to the correct contcat info, I am able to more easily communicate with those that I need to.

That it isn't always up to date, i think that they should definitely try to refresh the latest listings for people as much as possible

ZoomInfo is great for finding the correct contacts within companies. The tool is intuitive to use, and the contact information is almost always accurate.

Nothing comes to mind. The tool is generally easy to use, the information is almost always accurate, and the integration with other products such as SFDC and LinkedIn is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my role as a sales professional, it is often difficult to find the correct contacts within companies. On top of that finding their direct contact information is almost impossible to find without ZoomInfo. With ZoomInfo I have achieved greater success at making contact with leads resulting in an increase in sales.

The direct contact information is almost always accurate. I highly recommend this for any hunter organization.
