Zoominfo is very easy to use and get all information that you are looking for.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can look up a person and have their information right there so that I can get in touch with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have to say there is really nothing that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me by increasing sales. There is no problems at this time.
Zoominfo has provided us with the tools to focus on specific vertical markets.
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of background information that Zoominfo is able to provide is amazing. From who the buyers are in each department we well as their contact information it makes it so easy to create contact lists. We are literally using this every single day! Excited about the AI integration and how seamless it appears to be!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside is that sometimes the updates to client profiles are too frequesnt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past we were having issues finding the buyers within a company, particularly the larger ones. Also we are able to use Zoominfo and build list by vertical market.

At thsi point, nothing just started using it.

My probelm was accessing the system they set me up quickly and I am using it now on a daily basis

What do you like best about the product?
One place to go to for a concise overview of companies to prospect. Great, reliable contact information (not perfect, but very high percentage of accuracy.) Keeps up to date with contact information. Summary page is well layed out to give a ten thousand foot view of company, then one can zero in on the information that is relevant to the users search.
What do you dislike about the product?
The revenue information is wildly inaccurate, sometimes off by tens of millions of dollars. Some aspects of search can be a little clunky/not intuitive. Org charts could be better laid out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is where i go to research companies and retrieve contact information and tech stack information to prospect potential customers.
Zoom is the most accurate place to find contact information for targeted titles and companies.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it EASY to export contacts into our CRM for prospecting. Integration is simple and on the rare occasion that I have a challenge, customer support is always responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have anything bad to say about Zoom.

Zoom makes it easy for me to find contact info (email, phone numbers) which would otherwise be difficult to find or I would have to guess at email formats to reach out to prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many perks to ZoomInfo, but where to begin? First, I will say that finding the right contact, email, and phone numbers in an organization is crucial to marketing success, and ZoomInfo has contacts that you can't find anywhere else. I don't know how they do it, but I'm very grateful indeed. This allows you to bypass those pesky gatekeepers and get straight to your target.
Second, the Salesflow feature is incredibly helpful in scheduling tasks and completing them efficiently. You don't even have to remember everything, as it basically does all the work for you—like having a personal assistant.
Third, I love the WebSights feature! Not only does it show all the companies visiting your website, but it also highlights their areas of interest, which is basically a warm lead in and of itself.
And lastly, If you are cold calling and emailing as part of your daily prospecting, this will change your game on so many levels! You can call and email right out of Zoominfo which saves you so much time and allows you to reach your dailey target.
I would HIGHLY recommend ZoomInfo to anyone. Now that I have had a taste, I don't know how I could ever do without it!

The credit system. I believe if you are paying for the subscription, everything should be unlimited.

Finding the right buying contacts and helping me hit my daily target with auto vm drop and emailing straight from the platform.
Strong tool, some accuracy issues, great to pair with other sourcing/recruiting tools
What do you like best about the product?
Drill down ability, lots of contacts, emails are usually accurate, easy to search most of the time, ability to tag helps it act as a CRM in some ways. The setup is easy so you can get working right away, does not really need much more than a video or quick google search to figure out how to do basic things.

not always good data, people may not ahve worked there in years. Have to double check with LinkedIn to make sure they are still there.

Reaching people I can't reach on Linkedin or indeed. Reaching prospects directly instead of their social media platforms. Pulling large lists of prospective accounts that fit the specific niche we want to sell to

What do you like best about the product?
We are using the org structure and the technology stack during our introductory call to qualify the opportunity and understand the stakeholders, initally we gather company summary in pdf to help sales team in more qualification, the customer support is amazing, for any issue you can call them and they will support you.

the cell number are few times outdated and needs to be rectified on realtime

realtime date for preparing the GTM market and the intent data for intelligence on the accounts

My favorite part about ZoomInfo is scoops. I like being able to narrow down which firms are looking into SAAS platforms and certain topics within the industry. It's been a gamechanger.

Nothing! ZoomInfo is a great platform that helps drive new prospects into my pipeline.
