What do you like best about the product?
zoominfo is the best to serach and get info of the customers or persons with all informative with directly..as per company standars good for business to help others to get..super ilike it
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the info is raw data some are mistakes when i compare to comapny website ..third party sites they have drawn the data ..other than zoominfo is best to get the info..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are finding info to respective conatcts we are giving info to client they will contact and find business about the info..getting more opputunites when u conatct directly to customer

Couldn't do my job without it!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of access with ZoomInfo and the amount of accurate information that the website has. My corporation pays for the upgraded membership and without this tool, I could not do my job daily. I have been nothing but pleased with everything ZoomInfo has offered us!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything. The new update made the platform even better and I am pleased with everything that ZoomInfo has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Often times I need C-level individuals information and do not want to have to bother them without scheduled time, so I find it very easy to go to ZoomInfo in order to find this information quickly and with accuracy. I also love that I can find who else may be important to know at the company so that while I am reaching out, I am making sure everyone who is necessary in the process is included on all conversations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This will make your life so much easier. This cuts my prospecting time in half and saves me from the hassle of obtaining the right information from gatekeepers to get access to the individuals that I want to meet. Many C-Levels are impressed that I was able to find them and know so much about their work history - however, I do not give up my secret of ZoomInfo!

What do you like best about the product?
With Zoominfo you can find prospects information very quickly. The data is clean, from phone numbers to physical addresses. You can also export leads straight from zoom to CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some clunky buttons in the tool that you need to figure out initially. You have to x out every search or they will continue to build up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding lead list information with the tool and exporting them into calling campaigns.

The Best Business Tool Out There

What do you like best about the product?
This has saved me hours on finding the right contact when looking at a company. It also has cut down my prospecting research time in half.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint, and it's not even bad, is it could review contacts to ensure they are still working there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to find the right contact instantly instead of having to go through gate keepers and be passed around on the phone. That in itself has save a ton of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Drop everything else and use this.

What do you like best about the product?
It is like have a personal secretary finding contact information 24/7.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I think better business intelligence would be more useful. Also maybe connecting the contact information to the VOIP or business technology would be very beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business development, prospecting and finding fast information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Connect to business telpphony, email and other commutation channels. That way you can call and email right from the Zoominfo Portal.

What do you like best about the product?
Web page is easy to navigate and majority of all contacts are verified. Most of the contacts always have a direct number, EXT, and phone number. Also, the plug in easily helps navigate linkedin and from there it is much easier to investigate the individual being searched. In a healthcare setting this is very important in order to be able to "vet" possible healthcare professionals
What do you dislike about the product?
There are missing emails and phone numbers when using the plug in via linkedin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a hold of company sponsors is the hardest part of my job, using this website makes it easy to find as many contacts as I can until the correct individual is reached.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is great and makes prospecting SO much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the organization of the interface. It is very easy to see all of the different information because it is easily laid out for you in the different tabs. The org charts for companies are really helpful for knowing the organization of the company and the scoops are great for gaining quick insights on what is happening within the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that many times, the direct line for the person I am trying to call is not available. Having to go through a switchboard can be really frustrating because you can get bounced around a lot and having a direct line would be a lot easier in making contact with the people you want to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating leads through cold calling and using DiscoverOrg to find the correct people to come in contact with to make this possible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are having trouble finding contacts for the company you are prospecting, this is the right website for you to use.

What do you like best about the product?
9 times out of 10 I can find a contact at the company I'm calling, especially domestic companies. In addition to this, the majority of the time I can find the exact person I'm looking to speak with in a short amount of time. ZoomInfo has proven to be one of our company's most valuable tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were more international contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right point of contact withing a company

What do you like best about the product?
I really don't like much about DiscoverOrg. It's hard to navigate and doesn't have the data I need to prospect effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not great, the integration with Salesforce is so so and the support is only kind of there. Training on this product was all over the place on DiscoverOrg's side and the rollout was super messy and not helpful. I still feel lost in the product and most people I search for aren't in DiscoverOrg.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It should be helping me prospect and find new customer and business, but it's really not helping much there at all.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Unless you really understand how to use it and can train your reps, I would not recommend using DiscoverOrg to source. It's not easy to use, the integrations aren't great, and a lot of contacts aren't in their system.

What do you like best about the product?
both as the google chrome extension AND the main website, Zoominfo is extremely helpful for sales prospecting. integration with SalesForce is also extremely helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
can be frustrating when the prospects I need aren't on there, but it doesn't happen too often. overall, it;s pretty helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
makes it easy to find my prospects' contact info, prospecting goes a lot quicker with it. our membership went out for 2 days while we were renewing and i realized how much i relied on it for finding contact info
