What do you like best about the product?
- The analytics are great
- scoops and deal predictor are great sources for our Sales team
- org charts used by our marketing team for ABM
What do you dislike about the product?
my biggest dislike was the feeling that it was hard using DORG for outbound research on 3rd party platforms. I like ZoomInfo better for finding contact info but since they bought ZoomInfo that doesn't matter
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
finding contacts, knowing when to reach out to prospects, account data enrichment

What do you like best about the product?
It helps in getting the contact details of any contact in my target company.
Also I can get additional details like the technology stack which is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. I love all the features of discoverorg
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with the Org chart.
I get on time data for campaigns and events.
I get complete information of any new account directly to the CRM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend this tool to all the sales and marketing people.

What do you like best about the product?
The depth of information available is awesome. The ease of use of the platform is also commendable. I like the level of information that is available for a lead and an account. I think the most recent tie-up is going to sky rocket this platform to the next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the APAC region, the information is not correct especially phone numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting and pipeline generation

What do you like best about the product?
The tools is ideal for finding specific contact information such as number and emails and the more senior people have detailed descriptions. It is also very good for sorting data and connecting CRM

It is a very expensive product that needs a proven ROI to justify

Gaining contacts, quickly getting traction in accounts because of direct contacts

The integration with sales force and being able to easily add contacts!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much information on small or mid sized companies!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting. Without it I don’t know how we would be successful

I love the direct phone numbers that are available.
What do you dislike about the product?
How expensive the next package plan is. I wish we had more direct dials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest business problem we solve is knowing who is in the C-suite to contact. We love the org charts they help us understand their business.

Not the tool for Web Agencies

What do you like best about the product?
If you don't need specific ecommerce platform run reports, the data within seems to offer much. However, we have found several bounces - wrong employee information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dishonest sales person and hidden contract terms. We were told we could run reports to show companies using specific ecommerce platforms. However, when the reports are run, they have all platforms (including non-ecommerce ones). When you call for support all they tell you is to submit the data for them to fix - meaning I am doing their job to fix their data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None now. They sold us on their tool that doesn't really give us what we were told. Now we are stuck in a year long contract with a tool that we really can't use without us doing the footwork ourselves.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't purchase if you need ecommerce specific company searches (BigCommerce, Magento, etc.). They tell you the search works, but the data is for all platforms - some not even ecommerce.
