What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg has so many capabilities. I love being able to add leads into my CRM at the click of a button. Also the scoops feature to stay up to date with what’s happening.
What do you dislike about the product?
The trainers/CSM will explain how to do something but not do it for you and we pay a lot of money for the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using DiscoverOrg I am able to find new contacts within existing prospect companies to penetrate deeper into those organizations with my sales approach.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg not only gives me an insight into the organisational structure of a business but it provides a whole new depth to prospecting. No longer do I feel like I'm just shooting in the dark hoping to hit something. I can be strategic with my approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Phone numbers are often just main business numbers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strategic planning around prospecting accounts. Being able to make references to management of colleagues provides credibility when speaking with customers

What do you like best about the product?
The data in DiscoverOrg is the best I've seen in these types of solutions. It's thorough and accurate, and in the rare cases it's not, they respond very quickly with updated information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the technology data isn't as clear as it could be. For example, they sometimes list 5 or 6 different technologies that would be solving the same problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a new entrant to the NA market, and DiscoverOrg gives us the insight we need to break into new accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you see something that you don't believe is accurate, let them know. The researchers will quickly review and update accordingly. That helps all of us!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have the ability to locate people who fits my search criteria which then helps me improve my sales goals. I also like that the database is large, growing, and constantly improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be inaccurate in it's descriptions of a person, meaning titles can be a bit ambiguous at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the business problems we are solving are finding good prospects and leads that match our search criteria. This definitely helps with the speed of the overall sales qualification and cycle.
Discover creates new business/sales!
What do you like best about the product?
Discover is essential for the discovery process as a sales person. Having Discover .Org for inside sales is essential.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints. Discover works very well and is accurate.

As a person creating new business for the company. Having tools for researching clients helps generate sales for the overall company.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how DiscoverOrg integrates with Salesforce so seamlessly and updates account or contact records on a nightly basis, this keeps our accounts updated and helps us figure out our prospect's org charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data will often contradict other prospecting tools, and occasionally the org charts are old and inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my account database up to date and cleaning up our duplicates. We also us the company info to organize reporting by annual revenue and industries.

Do your homework! The recent acquisition/merger with similar company will make this service unstoppable.
Discover.org has quality data and will fix problems as they arise
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the data quality of Discover.org the best. It would be nice to be able to sort by job title. The site itself is easy to use too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about Discover.org It's pretty comprehensive. I have had issues with syncing it to our CRM but I'm not positive that it's their fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data quality. Also helps you with catering your outreach to prospects.
Best Database
What do you like best about the product?
The verified direct dials and emails; and of course it won't be accurate all the time (guaranteed at 95%), but the team of real researchers who you can request any info from is pretty impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way that data is purchased; I don't love the organization into lines of business. This is specifically because the LOB we sell into often falls into different areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Addressing poor data from other databases; reducing time conducting calls and getting to our desired prospects much faster.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's simply the best database. Especially with their recent acquisition of ZoomInfo, they are going to be basically unchallenged when it comes to data.
