For when you need to get the job done
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is the key to unlocking my job's door. As a Business Development Manager for a service-based company I am able to prospect almost any industry and any company. Without ZoomInfo's ease of use and accurate information, this might have been daunting. With it, I have, quite literally, endless opportunity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is not accurate but that is to be expected. Still, disconnect numbers or non-direct information can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to actually get in contact with the people I am trying to speak to. It saves me enormous amounts of time breaking into companies and prospects and starting my sales cycles.

What do you like best about the product?
The one feature I like the most would be the Organizational Charts, but only when, and if, the information is up to date and accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
When titles are wrong or the Organizational Charts are incomplete. The thing I dislike the most is only being able to jump 5 pages at a time on the advanced search screen. We do a lot of work with targeted saved searches that can be hundreds of pages long and there is no easy way to get back to where you left off calling on a search. Also, there are not many dialers that easily work with DiscoverOrg.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targets for appointment setting/uncovering opportunities. Increased probability of finding "the guy".

Do your due dilligence searching for a dialer

What do you like best about the product?
The information is extremely accurate unlike many other tools I have used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
The exporting of lists is limited unless you pay extra. When prospecting and calling on potential clients, it is easier to call through a list of people as opposed to going one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company provides solutions in the IT space, specifically related to barcoding and data automation. Almost all companies need assistance in these areas, but it is hard getting to the right people to show them there is someone who takes a consultative approach that can make their jobs much easier. Zoominfo gets us to the right people.

Highly recommend using this tool if you are in sales!

What do you like best about the product?
I have used other tools in the past, this has the most accurate phone numbers and emails. It is not often that the number I call is the wrong number
What do you dislike about the product?
not being integrated with Bullhorn. The ability to upload into Bullhorn is a little time consuming. If it was possible to just pull the contact into the system, that would save a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solves the time consuming issues that prospecting create. Instead of creating a list everyday by hand, I just create a search string that kicks back the data that I need.

Be sure to get enough exports

As a product is works great - could be better but no complaints

I am waiting for the customer team to get back to me. Not having a dedicated customer account manager is a poor approach - no one is accountable when the company does not return emails.

It gives us another string to our marketing a new business bow. It could be better but having used this over 2 different companies I can it growing all time.

Stress the importance of an assigned Customer Account Manager

By far, the best part of discoverorg is the scoops. There are up-to-date unpublished information about companies that give you the edge when making an approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Discoverorg could do a better job of making all of the searchable fields exportable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Discoverorg has helped immensely in finding the right contacts within in a company's org charts. We have seen benefits when it comes to finding direct phone numbers for decisions makers

I like the ease of use functionality of the system

Some records tend to be inaccurate such as tech stack etc

Easy to use, provides great information quickly allowing me to connect faster with my key prospects

Outdated/incorrect information that has to be corrected

Connecting with my key prospects. ZoomInfo provides the tools/resources I need to get in touch. This has shortened by introduction period from 5-7 days on average to same day in most cases.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used this for roughly three years, less than one year with my current organization. We have found it worth every penny. I would at least complete the trial to see if it works as well for you as that was easy and they have been good to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is a fantastic product for B2B marketers. It's easy to use, their data is up to date and deep as well as wide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really applicable - but easier process to generate a list and compare to existing leads would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fantastic for researching potential clients and outbound marketing efforts. A+ product and support.
Crucial tool for my day to day
What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg UI is very intuitive and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I come across situations where I can't locate a company I am trying to prospect into. Perhaps DiscoverOrg should look into SMB companies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg allows me to find the corporate structure, contact information, and provides an easy way to import into SFDC. It is saving me time!
