Great Tool, find your own leads!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search for one specific company or person along with the opportunity to pull full lists for email marketing or call lists. Even if you can’t find the person your found on LinkedIn you can at least use the data from other contacts to infer an email address.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you leave the page open and naviagate away and then come back and go to search it will give a red line through the search bar and you have to refresh the page. Also some contacts have "assumed contact info" which isn't always accurate. The general search bar occasionally won’t give you the results you know are available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building marketing lists, it gives a lot more insight into company information such as financials. It lets us specify targets by annual revenue as well as certain technology products used

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can find anybody I want from any company I desire. The numbers, names, and emails. The direct information helps me get to the contact and this way I can tell them my story and hopefully earn their business. We all know that the front desk or the operator is USELESS. I also like the new layout, it is a lot easier to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very rare but some of the information is outdated but it's understandable as turnover happens. Sometimes the companies, contacts and locations change. I don't know how often it is updated but sometimes I call and I can't find that person or they have moved on. I'm not sure if there is a feature for me to maybe flag the contact and put a comment in their that they aren't there. Then whoever is taking care of the updates will be able to look at my notes or whoever out notes on there and then maybe verify it and change it if it's legit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have attracted many leads and new accounts. As a staffing manager that's forever selling, I need to get more contacts to call and get all the commission I can. So the biggest benefit is getting the information I need without going with the companies website or receptionist.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get your account as soon as you can if you are looking to cold call and sell.

What do you like best about the product?
- easy UI
- Deep insight into companies
- fairly accurate financials
- lots of North American contacts
What do you dislike about the product?
- contacts outside of North America is sparse
- often up to users to correct wrong info on contacts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attempting to find IT and Marketing personas that oversee digital. I have been able to find lots of these contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
My users report that the data is highly accurate (more accurate than Hoovers, even though the number of contacts is lower). Also, customer support is very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SFDC integration. Depending on whether you use the native application or the browser, the behavior is different. Depending on whether you use bulk upload or individual, the behavior is different. I've had lots of issues with mapping, specifically around Country/State. Also, I would argue about some of their "industry" classifications- these need to be more robust. I've found Hoovers to be more accurate in this regard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to view a company's org chart has been invaluable to us and has really helped us to map an account.

What do you like best about the product?
Discover has great contact info and is easily integrated into my company's salesforce workflow. They're support is really helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I can't say that I have a lot of negative feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to find contacts for nearly all of my clients, especially ones at larger organizations. I really like that they'll update anything within a day or so.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great! Don't hesitate to reach out to their support. If they're missing info for a contact you can open a ticket and they'll follow up on it and update it.

What do you like best about the product?
During my first month of use, I recognized ZoomInfo is a friendly platform with great contacts quality and quantity. Contact Information is crucial for my market development, and this is the tool to complete this data I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have an extended coverage with contacts in other regions than US.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great platform for prospecting; contact information is crucial, and ZoomInfo provides good quality of data.

Great Prospecting Tool!

What do you like best about the product?
Streamlining all the information from one place. DiscoverOrg integrates perfectly with Salesforce - which significantly reduces time spent entering Prospect and Customer information. It also helps to be able to follow your clients as they move to different companies/positions. Our team really likes the scoops and alerts to give us another reason to reach out an connect with our customer base. Being able to use the Google Chrome feature is nice when looking across other outlets (for example, LinkedIn) Customer support and on-boarding process is great! We love how accessible the DiscoverOrg representatives are when we have a question.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some smaller companies that are actually a good target for us are not listed. Maybe a reduced cost for additional licences would be helpful for smaller companies like us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing time the sales team spends creating prospecting lists, seamless integration with Salesforce eliminates manual error and keeps information updated, Lower cost than other lead search companies, provides great contact information across multiple platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are in a business of Sales to increase revenue, DiscoverOrg is the best tool on the market for prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to run bulk uploads to Salesforce CRM for adding companies and contacts
Able to run saved searches across given territory and receive weekly email updates with new companies and contacts
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI and navigation does take some time to get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding target companies and appropriate contacts to reach out to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Would definitely recommend taking a look at Discover Org if your company is in need of a sales intelligence and prospecting tool for the team. You are able to quickly and easily search for companies, as well as find the top decision making contacts (sometimes even with email, office and if you are lucky a cell number).

The ability to search for competitive/complementary technologies that a prospective company is using is very helpful as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can both see the location of an employee as well as their role/job function and title.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the phone numbers are always the directory or just not shown, making calling difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I cross reference data from Salesforce to find the largest number of the right people for any persona or account I am targeting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and all the information that it provides. I absolutely love the scoop updates that I can get with my prospects.

The only thing that I don't like is when the information is out of date but that's the only thing
