ZoomInfo is a must-have!

What do you like best about the product?
I love utilizing ZoomInfo for many aspects of my current role, but I especially enjoy the Zoom Scoops to get updated on market changes in the industries that I recruit within. The website is easy to navigate, and I often use the Zoom Chrome Extension for an even faster search experience. I utilize ZoomInfo every day in my role.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to ZoomInfo is that sometimes it provides outdated contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales helps me stay on top of industry trends and ensure that I'm networking with the correct points of contact.

Ability to get data points about the prospective company in seconds, news updates, updated contact info
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the info isn't correct for contacts but it's better than most other tools

What do you like best about the product?
Accurate contact data, very pleasant interface, integration with salesloft, straightforward implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes there is incorrect data about accounts

lack of contact alternative ways of contacting people and generating leads, lack of business emails. lack of accurate updated phone numbers

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search contacts that are likely to engage by phone or email
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any at this time, it has all the bells and whistles
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is uncovering leads that do not exist in other avenues like LinkedIn. It shares phone numbers that you wouldn't find anywhere else.

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest upside is when I'm trying to zero in on an Economic Buyer, Zoominfo gets me to that person - and if not that person very close to that person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometiems the search function is a little klunky

Finding the right buyer group and the right person within that group

What do you like best about the product?
The upside about ZoomInf is that you can easily download the data in the excel or integrate it with the crm and marketing automation tool for lead generation and demand generation
What do you dislike about the product?
the downside is that, it's expensive and hard to define the ROI while taking license

Zoominfo solves business problem of giving the right data

What do you like best about the product?
Phone and email contact info is extremely helpful, and for the most part, quite accurate. It's rare to scout out a company and find NO contacts, even if the firm is very small.
What do you dislike about the product?
Buyer intent data, while it sounds great, I'm quite skeptical of. I'd be curious to know exactly where/how this information is coming from.

Haven't seen any return on the intent portion yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contacts/companies to prospect primarily. Everything else (like the email cadence function) is an extra.

Powerful tool when used with appropriate expectations

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to slice and dice target lists is extremely powerful, along with understanding buyer's intent data. My email campaigns are garnering a much stronger response since implementing intent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact is very hit or miss. You need to use it in volume in order to get the response you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have access to contact info other than in Zoom, so when 60-70% of it is correct that is very meaningful.

What do you like best about the product?
Able to find multiple connections for each division of a company - well organized - easy to make this program your own
What do you dislike about the product?
some information is just mashed in - wrong numbers - no address - old numbers - I understand it happens. but its prob about 15% now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
getting passed gate keepers without having to even talk to them, straight to the source (DM)

What do you like best about the product?
The features of indicators and identification from the web site triggers and SEIO triigers is the most timely, Filters provide some more flexibitlity to operations.
Its quite user friendly and dashboard provides excellent decision making capability to have an - 2nd support for core programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The core ops are not provided with User impacted filters and cognitive AI is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing features of demandbase and updating recent updates over core clients and sub-primary assosiates org(s)

Its a unique experience and getting the right contacts at the right time was a good experience.
