What do you like best about the product?
The layout is very easily accessible. It makes my sourcing very simple - the 'list match' option is very convenient to inside sales reps. I would recommend this site and service to anyone in business that cold calls or generates lists.

There aren't many tutorials I have found that can highlight some of the features

The problems are sourcing, this site has helped greatly! The benefits I've realized is how grateful I am to have this information at my fingertips with ease

The detailed Org Charts and the ability to quickly find contact info for the person I'm trying to target is what I like best about DiscoverOrg

Sometimes the annual revenue is not accurate which is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My primary business problem is trying to find the correct people to contact in a company to sell my companies services. DiscoverOrg allows me to do this easily, download the information and set alerts for any changes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There not really anything else out there that provides the amount of data a reporting capabilities that DiscoverOrg offers.

What do you like best about the product?
The information I have used is reliable. If I uncover an error in the information the platform has a "Fix it" button allowing me to request a fix. The fix updates or response time is fast. I am also encouraged by the data confirmation status, stating that the data is fresh. the Org Charts and report to function helps. Additionally, the Scoops information can provide direction to specific events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently I have experienced a lack of standardization within DiscoverOrg regarding titles and where those classifications fall within their data set segmentation. I have found, for example, people who report to or are in line with the CIO based by function in the technology sector, are locked from my view, however I have paid for the technology data set. This is what I can only describe as the over segmentation of the data sets. In my Opinion, the previous statement and the over segmentation of their data sets for a pure revenue grab. I base this on DiscoverOrg’s purchase of their top competitors. They feel they have cornered the market and they are forcing my company to use other tools. We are finding that there is a delta between information, in many cases slight or the need for some digging. As our skill set increases for the alternatives, the slight addition of time and slight lack of data in one spot might be acceptable verse the cost and perceived negative of over segmentation.

The business problem is net new technology sales for AIOps. We are looking to uncover the pain points that 21CE are experiencing leading with automation, service and orchestration and business process real time flow monitoring and timely resolution. Moving these suspects into a buying process and sale. Benefits currently are non-existent. The company is wondering if DiscoverOrg has the focus and human verification systems in place to help identify the AIOps initiatives.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand all your options within the tool and on the web. This is not a silver bullet. Define your hunting process, conversation starters and suspect information needs. Then develop the hunting flow and estimated research time per company using this platform or other web resources. Take into consideration and estimate the proficiency curve regarding all options. Develop the top use case and have them demonstrate the platform. Know your specific market, company size, industries, and titles you will sell and do not over purchase data sets. Do not gloss over SCOOPS. Dig deep into this feature. Have several use cases for this one subject as it is one of their top selling features. It looks and sounds good but…. It might not give you what you need, press hard. Look carefully at the keyword search function. Know your key words. If they are specific to your revenue driving solution but not to DiscoverOrg then YOU must make the adjustment so that the tool will return relevant results. Be aware, there is very large amount of information that they can provide. Much will have no positive impact on your business, so more is not better it is just more. Do not waste the money. You can always add. This is data that you are paying for. Make sure that you get unlimited downloads. Understand what is required after you have the information to make the sale. Know your ROI numbers and hold your user team accountable. Then Negotiate, Negotiate and Negotiate not for more data but for more quality access to the data sets you will purchase.

I like that it is easy to use and I can generate a large amount of prospects quickly and easily.

Sometimes doesnt integrate correctly. Could be other program.

What do you like best about the product?
The contacts within DiscoveryOrg are huge. Being able to take on new accounts and have a contact sheet is big.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some companies may be spelt wrong within the search engine that makes it sometimes difficult to find the correct one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see budget and what solutions a companies already purchased allows me to position the correct solution and add layers for a business to run more smoothly.
The ideal tool to get quality leads.
What do you like best about the product?
The many different categories you can use to filter your search as well as all the information that is provided for each company and contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't select more than 50 people and export at occe.

Finding quality leads to reach out to for my company and be able to make sales, aka, drive revenue.

The fact that I'm not responsible for finding direct numbers of prospects that are hard to connect with

Nothing in particular. It would be cool to have a single source for audio that makes for outstanding quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes calling and screen sharing with prospects much easier. It also works great for company wide meetings.
Fast prospecting with unreal customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The process of finding and setting up a pipeline of quality prospects has never been easier when using DiscoverOrg, plus their customer care is unreal. If you find information that might be out of date or changes that affect a lead, using their "Fix-it" tool will prompt them to dive into the case you create and come back with a full-length email with additional information, the best person to reach instead and other helpful tips. It's not just a way to fix information, it's like having an extra assistant who then retrieves the next best steps for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like to see improved on is the search feature that is run through Salesforce. I would like to see the option to jump to any page possible on a search that may have 60+ pages, rather than starting from the beginning and clicking one page at a time, or from the last page backwards. Minor problem that should be easy to fix.

Sales has never been easier, finding proper information so as to not annoy or burn potential customers is a crucial part of the system that has made working in sales that much easier.

Try it out and see the results for yourself. Great support and the data given is hard to beat for any sales organization.
